We don't know what, if any, training GSJ's dog had. Or what training GSJ had as a handler.

It's also possible that the county could have put the fence up if it is a thoroughfare where the fence would line the main road. The fence looks to me like something the city would have put up to keep the elementary kids and/or homeless people from going off the road into those wooded areas.

The meter reader took quite a chance urinating so close to the road, he could have been arrested for indecent exposure.
I would like to know why OCSD still says the remains were 50-60 feet off the road, per their link. They need to change the info since it appears they are off by 45 feet?

I think the whole "going to relieve myself" a bit off, but I think it was purely innocent. I'm pretty sure the MM was doing some sleuthing on his own. He just probably didn't want to state that outright.

Sometimes I have to sit and think a couple of days before posting. After giving this much thought, the PI's had the info from the MR tips phoned in.
It was obvious to them, sadly not to LE though. If we had access to the tips that were called in, so did they. JB wouldn't have even had to go down to the courthouse and pay the $900. for the DV to get them, all they had to do is come in here or go online and read the tips called in.

I have been alittle harsh on LE and TM, but I think given what we know, it's warranted. Sorry, I'll take the flack, they were amiss on alot of things. :waitasec:

Can you please link to where in that huge pile of docs the tip was? Please?! I don't want to go back through ALL of that, but I have heard mention that someone here found them. Link, pretty please?

I am trying to figure that out.
If it was county or township owned then TM should have been able to get permission to search it. If it was private then what would have been the reason not to allow TM to search. That is the part that baffles me. Who in there right mind would not allow their property to be searched for a child. Why risk the possiblity that the locals with find out you said 'no you can not seach for Caylee here'. I cannot seem to locate a physical address for this property. I can do looks up on the OC tax site to find the owner but I need a numbered street address or block and lot number to do so.
Trying to come up with a timeline of the first search when to difficult to be thorough due to high water, when, why and who put the fence up and where the fence went up, the second search by TM when he could not search due to lack of permission and the reason why he was not given permission and by whom.
I would like to see how the dates play out and run some checks on the property vs players in this case to see what shakes out.

The remains were found at about what would be 8860 Suburban Drive. I don't know if that is a valid address for the wooded vacant lot, but if a house were built on the crime scene - it would have that address (or very close to that number).

ITA He had a very good reason to be in the area.....he was reading meters & was sleuthing on his own. Could be a spot where he parked out of the way to use up time if he was fast at doing the job. I dated a MR & he would run to get done early...then hid out at home for the afternoon. A known practice among the MR's he worked with they all did it. What reasons would the PI's have for hanging out near the area where Caylee was found? I'm just not buying that it was to checkout Kio's tip from July....KC was home long enough to have spilled a partial truth.

KC probably talked endlessly with the PI's when they were driving her to & from JB's etc. Many of her friends have stated in thier interviews that the girl was a motormouth. I know the term motormouth quite well being I'm known as one too:crazy: I always say back "It's Better To Have Something To Say....Then To Have To Say Something." LP has said this too that his nephew & the FBG that she loved to talk.

I wish the press conference was today I want to know what JH is going to reveal about what he knows. He might just lie like the rest of the A team but they all slip with partial truths.

Even the distance the OCSD have on where Caylee was found is maybe a partial truth too! I'm begining to think is/was a slip of a bit of truth....Was something relavent found at the distance they reporting? :waitasec:Is that what led them to search the A's on the last day they were at where Caylee was found?

My suspicion is that JH is spilling what he knows to LE & has turned over what he has on video. He might have set out to befriend the A's to be able to sell his story later & it's backfiring on him too. He has a lot of explaining to do as to why DC & him weren't following the live sightings they had. He dosen't want any charges brought against him but is willing to throw everyone else under the bus.:bang: I hope this makes sense I'm still not feeling well & am waiting for a ride to the ER.....frozen necks HURT!!! AHHH!!! I'll apologize now for any loopy posts that I might post later when I get back. LOL

I agree but it gets confusing when it's not the subject of a thread. Everyone's input is valid that is why it is called sleuthing! :blowkiss: Many interesting threads there IMO too.
I am surprised as to how quiet JB has been with all of the talk of the PI's video & pics....HMMMM??? Something is up with that.....Monday & throughout Jan. will be explosive on all fronts. I really find the "I would have prayed" statement to be rather self serving and disingenuous. It just doesn't sound like the sort of thing a person would say out loud to a reporter.

I think this PI-casey is full of it, he suddenly realizes the situation he is in and is trying to find a way out and at the same time try to make himself look like a caring concerned person who would not only do the right thing but someone who would have also stopped and prayed first. Nope, not buying it... there are just too many liars in the kitchen.

So what is wrong with photographing an area? I would imagine that Casey has taken photographs of just about all the areas mentioned in this case. I'm sure he's taken photos of Fusian, of AL's apt, "Zani's" apt, Blanchard Park, every room in the Anthonys' house, has or has tried to get statements from every single person whose name was mentioned regarding this case and has talked to most of their neighbors. The reason they do this is because it is their job to do this. No attorney wants to be surprised with evidence he hasn't seen and every defense attorney will make an effort to get a statement from a potential witness to prepare a line of questioning.

You know, this is exactly why I despise the rumour mongerers and gossips who throw out ungrounded allegations and accusations against people who are doing their jobs. When you do something like that in a public venue, you are ruining careers and curtailing people from making their living. It is wrong, it is unethical and it is immoral to make public allegations for which you have no proof.

I don't know that George and Cindy felt they needed those pictures, according to DC they knew nothing about it until after the fact. KIO said some things in her statement that were damaging to Casey. Perhaps DC was trying to discredit her account of the area being a teen hangout. Or, perhaps on his own DC felt Casey was guilty and was curious about the area. I don't know what his reasoning was, but the idea that all these many people knew the body was there and didn't report it is totally absurd, IMO.

Well, in that, I agree. But we can agree that the inordinate amount of interest in these woods by nearly everyone BUT the long arm of the law is worth noting, yes?
