P.I. Says He Videotaped Area Where Caylee Was Later Found #2

*disclaimer* Yes, you can call me crazy for what I am about to say... but it is the only thing that makes sense to me, with this issue.

I'm starting to believe that JH is not even a real PI... that him and his wife were out to make a buck and somehow was able to insert their selves into the Anthony world. I don't think Baez is connected to JH... that DC is the only PI he has used... and while DC does seem shady, those images we have seen with him and JH can be interpreted in various ways and doesn't conclusively show that DC and JH were working together. I think JH, in his faux PI hat, is the one that fueled the Anthony's into believing Caylee was still alive and Casey was telling the truth, to stay in their good graces and wallet... but JH saw the money belt close up on him with the discovery of Caylee's body. To save face and keep leverage in the case through the Anthony's, JH set out to create questions around the finding of Caylee... the wife came up with some questionable pictures, and JH came up with his supposed video... and when no one would buy the BS, he turned to LP, and LP ran with it, putting his own embellishments on things.

I could be wrong, I'll admit that... and all that I have said is opinion and speculation... but after cutting all of the fat away from things, it is the only explanation that makes sense to me. I think JH's press conference Monday is being done by his own accord... he's a drowning man reaching for the last gasp of air as the tide comes in on his scheme, exposing him for what he is: a nasty little crafty opportunist.

It's interesting how we all see this different ways! With so little info, there appear to be so many possibilities. I think JH is working with LE now, as he is not returning DC's calls, so appears to have broken ranks with the A family. But, of course, I'm only speculating.

So much will probably be revealed at his press conference! I can't wait!

I want to know how can a person,especially professionals know where that baby was,and knowingly "HELPED A MOTHER WHO KILLED HER OWN CHILD...THREW HER OUT LIKE TRASH AND SUFFERED GOD ONLY KNOW'S WHAT! DO THEY NOT GET IT??"
IF it were any of us here that knew the information we'd have broke our necks getting to a phone to say,We found Caylee!!
What kind of cold hearted person does it take to stand there knowing they were helping a mother be set free who killed a child,the whole world was looking for her and these P.I.'s stand there and video,Padilla said they told him they'd found the body awhile back so they knew but hid it,I sure hope like hello these guys don't have kids!!

If they knew and i am certain they did then why would they leave the book and other evidence that points to casey at the scene??
I'll tell ya why,IMO they've taken that book and stuff out there so "IT CAN BE SAID BY BOZO AND THE A'S THAT IF IT WERE CASEY WHY WOULD SHE LEAVE IT AT THE SCENE?"
WHEN THEY WERE HIRED BY THE A's to show casey's Innocense.AND THEY LEFT THEM THERE,.....I DON'T THINK SO! THAT IN ITSELF IS DOWN RIGHT STUPID TO THINK OTHERWISE
I hope thats why they went back to the a'S with a search warrant,
if the LE saw that book in cindys house,and other stuff but they didn't need that stuff with the warrant,UNTIL IT WAS FOUND THERE
WITH CAYLEE'S BODY!

Casey says that he plans to sit down with LE after Caylee's funeral and that the video that was shot in the woods is no smoking gun to help out KC, and that had he found the remains he would have prayed and called 911..And that he can not say that the remains were not there when he was...It also stated that he may sue P.I Hoover.

:hand: Cathy, let's wait until we get more solid factual information on what the PI's were doing, whether they were together or weren't together, and what their motives were. It's all very, very murky, and it's too early to accuse them of helping a mother who killed her own child. I personally believe the personal involvement of everyone in this case EXCEPT KC herself has been blown out of proportion. No one else has been arrested.. no one else is facing charges.. no one else has blood on their hands.

It's also possible that the county could have put the fence up if it is a thoroughfare where the fence would line the main road. The fence looks to me like something the city would have put up to keep the elementary kids and/or homeless people from going off the road into those wooded areas.

I think it was the property owner because he stated that after LE was done processing he did not want the defense to enter. I don't have a link, but I'm sure someone else heard this.

DH went to the site last week and said you would be surprised at how small and close to the road the whole area where they found her really is.

Here's his example of it.

Step out your front door. Walk 15 feet. That is the front of the grid, closest to the road. 2 or 3 ft. in from that is where she was. 15 ft. past that would be the back line of the grid. Look to your left 15 ft. and that is the far left side of the grid, then look to your right 15 ft. and that is the far right side of the grid.

So the whole search grid is 30 ft. wide and 15 ft. deep, 15 ft. off the road.

The meter reader took quite a chance urinating so close to the road, he could have been arrested for indecent exposure.
I would like to know why OCSD still says the remains were 50-60 feet off the road, per their link. They need to change the info since it appears they are off by 45 feet?

I believe him - people forget that when this is all over, guys like Casey have to continue their careers - Casey wouldn't jeopadize that career by not calling and reporting a found body. He'd lose his license.

I think being called on the carpet by the OCSO and the FBI for videotaping and taking still photos of where a body was found a month later can't be good for his career either. Guess he didn't think about that while he was doing it, eh? (Not to mention...helping mislead the public on all those fake sightings of Caylee and publishing the photos of innocent children across the national media to further the defense's case and donations for the A fam.)

It was already stated by Tony and cell phone pings that Casey supposedly ran out of gas at that same spot and Tony picked her up - I believe to get the gas cans - maybe Casey dumped Caylee there with the intent of going back to burn the area down but she never had a chance and figured that it was as good as place as any to leave Caylee - who would look so close to home anyways, right? (why she couldn't walk home is beyond me maybe she thought she was a princess!)

I really find the "I would have prayed" statement to be rather self serving and disingenuous. It just doesn't sound like the sort of thing a person would say out loud to a reporter.

I think this PI-casey is full of it, he suddenly realizes the situation he is in and is trying to find a way out and at the same time try to make himself look like a caring concerned person who would not only do the right thing but someone who would have also stopped and prayed first. Nope, not buying it... there are just too many liars in the kitchen.

Well my question (along with LE's I'm sure) is WHY was he at that site??

What led him to that particular place? Why doesn't he tell us that if he has nothing to hide?

I read that the remains (bones) were found distributed over an acre of land. That is a way bigger space than you are talking about. Was OCSO wrong about that too?
