Yeah but the PI claims to have been in the area at the same time the MM found the body so apparently there was no water when he went.

I haven't heard that anyone was tipped off. Plenty of people tuned into that area, including many of our sleuther's. In fact TES and LE was there. They like everyone else except the MM was kept away from the body because of water.

ETA: and even the MM was kept away from searching for several months because of water.

No but attacking the poster about "who he is" ( totally irrelevant) & then putting him on your "Ignore list" with an ultimatum that he PM you is Obnoxious! and quite arrogant!

The posters second post made it clear to me that their bother with me went beyond my single response to MissJames. I was surprised. Because in terms of poster familiarity, I don't know who they are. No attack nor ultimatum was made.

If I put someone on ignore, I think it's reasonable and courteous to advise them. At the very least, I think it would be discourteous to not let them know.

The PI went to the area mid November, a month before the MM found Caylee's body. The water had only receded about 10 days before the meter reader found Caylee. The meter reader is full of it, just like the Caylee alive lady, who claims her husband works with Dominic C. I wouldn't be shocked to learn that the PI, Hoover, is the Caylee alive lady's husband.

And in the end how does this explain the decomp in Casey's car exactly? And who was driving the car? Just sayin...

Ok...take this a step further. While the PI is working for the retired attorney, who is representing himself, he video tapes his client stating "After 50 years of her meatloaf, I couldn't take it anymore, I stabbed her in the heart, put on my jammies, watched Leno and fell into a peaceful sleep"

You're telling me that just because the PI is working for this guy, he has to keep quiet about the murder. Or even better, at the time the video tape was made, his contract with the attorney had expired, 3 months later the PI is drinking with a cop buddy and tells the cop about the video taped confession and no one can do a thing about it?

If these are the rules then the rules need to be changed. Then again I've never subscribed to the "it's better that 100 guilty men go free than one innocent man go to jail" Walk into any prison and all you will find is innocent people, just ask them, they'll tell you. The cops framed every single one of them.

Does the privilege extend less to those who represent themselves than those who have an attorney?

If the privilege does not extend equally, would that not be a due process violation?

They've been told he was videotaping the area a month before she was found, and he claims there wasn't a body there.

One source called this claim nothing more than a smokescreen.

Investigators have dealt with multiple people who now claim they searched the same area previously to Caylee's remains being found and nothing was there.

The Anthonys hired a PI, supposedly looking for a "live" Caylee, Why would he video ANY area?....Only possibibility is he heard ( as a PI would,) that speculation of something suspicious was in that particular area.....& there were many that did!, Casey's friend, The Meter Reader, the Phsycic, & on & on...for God's sake he's a Private Investigator, not hard to find out these facts!, this is not Rocket Science. I believe his main objective was to show there was not anything there?? This is a HUGE RUSE... A Dog & Pony show Ultimate Purpose....REASONABLE DOUBT, clear & simple..........

The FBI did not find human decomposition in Casey's car.

Yes. They did. Betcha money it comes out at trial they did the testing on the stain and it will show human decomposition there.

Human decomp was also found by the Body Farm.

You say tomato, I say tomahto. They found elements consistent with decomposition as well as a strand of hair with a "death band."

this whole mess about the video months ago
it aint reasonable doubt:)

especially when we see all the other evidence that directly links casey as the KILLER

they have tons of it

so, if they want to say someone was switching a body around

go ahead... cause it wont matter

then LE can go after the person that helped her AFTER she killed the baby

ROBOTDOG just hit another GRAND SLAM

From a prosecution perspective, this will represent a significant problem. From a defense perspective, the more the merrier (party time).

From the Florida bar website:
First, the lawyer may not counsel or assist a client in conduct that is criminal or fraudulent. See rule 4-1.2(d). Similarly, a lawyer has a duty under rule 4-3.3(a)(4) not to use false evidence. This duty is essentially a special instance of the duty prescribed in rule 4-1.2(d) to avoid assisting a client in criminal or fraudulent conduct.

The whole confidentiality rule can be found at:

Uh huh. Sure. And RobotDog has some unfortunate things to do over the whole "50 miles from the A fam's house because of the gas can theory", doesn't RobotDog?! :waitasec:

In addition to not finding human decomposition, the FBI did not find Caylee's hair either.

The OCSO "found" it and turned it over to the Body Farm for analysis. Is this what you are getting at, Wudge? During that time, the FBI was also sending in evidence recovered in the vehicle to Quantico to their own lab or at least it is my understanding of what transpired.

The preliminary reports are the only ones having been released at this time. The final results are being held back for trial in the "ongoing" investigation.

Did you all hear LP on NG? He said that he has seen the mystery video shot by PI Hoover. He said that he met PI Hoover when he was security for the A's. He said that Hoover told him that he had a video of the area and LP asked him how he got it or why or something like that. He said that back on Nov. 15th - PI Casey had called him and told him they had found Caylee. PI Hoover asked PI Casey if she was alive...and he said no...but that they were going to get her right then. LP says that about 2 hours later Hoover came back and had the video. LP said the video was not taken in the same spot as where Caylee was found.

Wow if true. This would sound to me like PI Casey did have a tip and that is why he went there to film. Unfortunately the spot was not the correct one. Now consider the source....LP....but he sure sounded like this was fact and not one of his crazy theories. Interesting!!! And Jean C. was sitting in for NG and just blew right past it! Never realized the importance of what he said. Amazing.

Not to continually argue with you but I do find some of your posts preposterous. Whether the chemical composition comes back at 67% similar to human decomposition or 14% similar the basic fact is that it smelled like human decomp to everyone who smelled it (except the tow truck driver who had a cold)

Like GA said, once you smell that, you never forget it and nothing else in the world smells like it. I've smelled enough of it to know. It lingers in your nose, you catch a wiff of it 3 days later even though you've showered and changed clothes several times. CA stating "it smells like there's been a dead body in that damn car".

If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and smells like a rotting bloated decomposing duck, then someone killed the duck and put it in the trunk of the Sunfire.
