Dearmont you have made some pretty shocking claims. First you said that PI Hoover worked for LP not DC and now you are saying that K is a former bounty hunter. I for onr would like to see the links proving this.

Any reason for that? If it is indeed a link then I suppose it would be public information? It is always helpful to verify allegations that are claimed to be fact.

So you saw the complete footage? Interesting, if true.

However, I still think the whole incident will be discredited by the Prosecution and this won't go anywhere towards the defense side. They are blowing smoke yet again.

I checked it out, SS. AND...Dr. Lee checked the trunk on November 14th! Did someone confront Casey after that and get a clue? Really strange they get the TIP that she's dead the day after the trunk exam...

Would they (investigators, defense team, I don't know) have said something to Casey to the effect, "We know she's dead, we can't tell you how but if the Nanny did this deed Casey, and she wanted to dump the body, do you know places where she could have done that?" All of a sudden, they are tipped off but Casey can still deny she had anything to do with it. Now, will anyone believe this bull, let's hope not, but she's not the sharpest knife in the drawer so she might try something along these lines. I think, because Casey craves so much attention, she wanted the body found from the beginning to gain sympathy and pity. She couldn't make it too obvious, but her goal was not to never have the body found, what fun would that be for her?

Seems to me that a lot of WSr's have made allegations on this case based on media reports and circumstantial information and no one is asking them to cough up the proof. Casey has already been tried and found guilty on this and many other forums - innocent until proven guilty by a jury of her peers seems to have been forgotten. Has anyone even considered that what she is saying may be true? There are facts in this case that need closer scrutiny but are being dismissed because LE and others have already made up their minds. Something really stinks with the players surrounding this tragic tale and money seems to be a key factor.

I don't make frivolous statements, and I don't feel the need to justify my information. You can dismiss it all or you can choose to think a little deeper into what is at the core of this case. Your choice.

OK, I have been reading this thread and the NG thread from last night and I am really starting to get annoyed at LP and his 'theories'

Why is he still being interviewed - he has nothing to do with this case any more. All he did last night was accuse the meter reader, Lee and perhaps even the PI's of being accomplices in this case. the only thing he is doing at this point is helping the Defense by making these accusations and giving them fodder for their line of defense. LP should go away and go away NOW!

Exactly what I was thinking. With MN resigning right afterwards is quite interesting, too. How do you defend your clients' PIs knowing where to go to videotape right where the body is eventually found?

Hey, Dot... I was reading Kios interview through and there were 2 spots they hung in.

The first spot she describes as behind the school, where they would picnic and such. (page 2 of following link)

The second spot she described as across from the school, THIS was where they would play "Mommies and Daddies"....(page 12, line 17, following link)

Wasn't Caylee found down a little, but ACROSS from the school? And her remains were scattered for 1 acre, that covers alot of area...

But this forum is a court of public opinion, not a court of law. We have looked at the evidence that has been made known and our opinions are based on that. Yes, we make assumption about some of the data - that Casey was the one who googled shovels, etc. but we can do that here.

I think people are asking you for proof because you are saying these things as facts, not I have heard or rumor has it. We always ask people who make factual statements to provide proof so we can assign whatever degree of believeability (is that a word?) to the statement based on the source.
