If this monster surrendered rather than fighting it out or trying to flee, he might talk.
Ofcourse we don't know the circumstances of the arrest. Could be either surrender or be shot on the spot.

I don't think he's talking or they'd have found her straightaway.

I am doubtful he surrendered voluntarily, like showing up at the PD all sorrylike.

Maybe LE encountered him in his RL, whether related or not, and he admitted defeat by presenting his wrists.

It's just me but I think they would have taken credit for apprehending him and they haven't. We'll see.

I mean for other county court search
I checked the Unified Judicial System portal for Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, and Delaware counties, figuring that those are the ones most likely to turn up results. The only priors I could see were almost all related to traffic violations, with a few "evading law enforcement"/possession of marijuana/DUIs thrown in, but nothing as serious as kidnapping and/or assault on another person.

If he actually did kill her, accidentally or otherwise, he'll not be talking unless he gets some kind of deal. It's all he has to work with, her location. JMO.

Going back to the Middle school. No fence, lots of ways to get into a building so I hope LE has some 10-16 year olds helping them to figure out ways to get in without keys. Doubt there is a working camera at the school and from what I can see heavily treed back yards across the street, so not likely cameras there. Big park to one side, probably not cameras there. Alleys for most houses I can see, so if there were cameras, they'd likely be pointing into the alley where people park. I think cameras are not going to be as plentiful as other areas.

I don't think he will either unless they find her. He already got away with this once. IMO

Listen to her explanation yourself. Starts at 12:22.
I don’t get it. She clearly states that the alleged victim failed to appear in court. Yet there is no record of a court appearance for the accused on such a matter. Very strange.

ETA: The only thing I can think of is that the case was dismissed at the magisterial level. Most charges originate there. I don’t have any experience in magisterial court. I’m more familiar with Common Pleas. Moo.

IMO, I'm not a lawyer but she ( the victim) has rights as does he. She didn't appear and HE has the right to have the accuser there for his case. With her not being there, I'm not sure they had a real case. I AM IN NO WAY BLAMING ANYONE. I'm sure she was extremely afraid and I don't blame her at all. If they don't have a strong case anymore, his name actually should be cleared from the public records. If it were me I would go after LE for having that public and causing issues for getting a job etc. I can see this both ways. IMO, NOT A LAWYER.
adding that I think LE would need a plaintiff for a case like this. WHERE ARE OUR LAWYERS???

Gotcha, @swanniee11 . We all hope (I think) that LE has the right bad guy. If, though, the ADA is correct that this alleged perp has a criminal past similar to the current charges, it’s worth reflecting on how he could have been stopped prior to the current case. Just moo.

Agree
I think they have a better case now for sure to cover both of them.

Sending virtual hugs to Kada's parents tonight.
We all still hope that Kada will be found alive. It's possible that she is confined somewhere. LE is making a lot of strides in this case. Let's hope that their investigations bear positive fruit!
