It does bolster MR's story about seeing her in the car with "the others" after he was dropped off (not that I believe he was dropped off).

But they busted the underage drinkers at 9:30. One of those things is wrong. One would think.

Sounds to me like Kortne left the apartment as soon as her friends were arrested? And met up with whomever she went to the bar with.

If she came home with more than one man, wouldn't that have come up, during the altercations with neighbors upon their arrival?

Is her boyfriend the BH on her FB? If so, why is he not named, I wonder.

Does anyone find it odd that Kortne went out after her boyfriend was arrested? Maybe I'm looking at this the wrong way, but if my SO was arrested, I'd either be right beside him or doing by best to get him out, not going out dancing. Any thoughts?

It was out of her hands. He violated his probation and was on his way to the Lebanon County Correctional Facility. Once the police handed out the citations and broke up the party, she probably just wanted to get out of there. I'm getting a clearer picture of her facial expression and body language and tone of voice when she ran into her friend Jessica Leaton at Sawyer's and said she just wanted to have a good time.

Yes, very weird, especially if she was so upset that she attacked her neighbor upon her return.

Ok, I think that I understand it to be that she had people over to her apartment and the police came the first time, resulting in the arrest of her boyfriend (BH) and a few of their/her friends (MB & CH.)

I do not believe MR & CP to be there but it's just a guess and MY OPINION.

None of these people are friends on FB. (not that it means much!) just my opinion
MB & CH look like skater boys -like nice kids but who knows.

I think that KH went out later (probably buzzed up) and met up with the other guys.

Still confused about the 3rd or 4th person. Still don't know much about the cars and driving.

Would this place where a body was found have any affiliation with horses/racing/etc?

I just remembered from Jessica Leaton's interview that she was surprised to see Kortne out that night. Now that statement makes sense since Kortne was hosting a party at her place.

Also, would either of the two others who were underage drinking earlier at her place, have info about her BF (his arrest, how long he would remain in jail, etc.) that she may have desperately wanted to find out about that early morning?

Hi, PalmyraDad. I agree; I think that Kortne was supercharged and furious that night and wanted to get out.

Didn't Kortne get busted in April for having a party with underage boys? Why on earth would she do it again? And have her BF there, who was already in trouble...doesn't make any sense. She is coming off as not too bright, and I am sure that probably is not the case.

Hi, Epiphany. I think that the very broad verbiage originates from the search warrant, which typical of that genre is designed to cover all possibilities.

I'm thinking if I was 21, was already drinking and now angry, I'd want OUT.

Now I'm thinking someone else drove her to The Gas Station. People had to drive to her house, she might have been parked in, someone else took her. Maybe.
