I'm beginning to think that CP had nothing to do with Kortne's disappearance. It really would not make sense after he apparently helped her in that he got in between her and her neighbor before any serious injuries occurred.

I wonder if Kortne had ever assaulted the neighbor previously and why she was not arrested?

In the meanwhile, Pruett has taken a polygraph test and offered his DNA, WHP-TV reported.

He didnt lawyer up and refuse to take a poly and give dna!

IMO hes not the one!

could be because his dna is already on file from some other incident with the law?? just an idea because he has plenty on file publicly thru the court docket info...jmo

what other past history is there besides that Sat eve/Sunday morning? can you provide a link?
there are plenty of people lying to the media in this case. luckily it takes more than that to convict for a capital offense.
the police have not commented for the record whether or not they knocked on his door or whether he answered.

I was particularly speaking of that night/early morning. I have a recollection of it being discussed that Kortne didn't get along with the neighbor in the past as well and I thought that had been mentioned in MSM. I will see if I can find the link when I get some time to go back but even if it was reported in MSM I would suspect that it's still hearsay unless the person reporting it actually witnessed any prior arguments.

Regarding the knocking, I have seen numerous MSM references that they did, in fact knock. What I don't remember seeing is a MSM report that they did not knock.

Although this info came from MR, Sr., he (CP) may have permitted an examination of his body. This may have then helped corroborate his explanation that the stomping and banging emanating from K's apartment (which TS corroborates in his call to LE) was not from any struggle the two engaged in.

Certainly, if Kortne is no longer with us, the perp does not have to have indications on his body that the victim fought back to have committed a crime against her.

Suppose every little bit would help though.

I would think,,,,If LE was looking at you as a possible POI and u were last seen with a woman that has suddenly vanished you WOULD retain a lawyer,
im sure someone out there would help him.

Unlikely. Lawyers are extremely expensive and CP has NO money whatsoever.

One can see why LE has released little to no information in this case.

Frustrating for us, but the goal is to eventually bring to justice the perp/s who are responsible for Kortne's disappearance.

and as for the rest of the nieghbors too...just to be thorough...

the info about her banging on the windows etc.... that might get a person hurt if the occupants thought she was trying to get in to assault them or something.

idk... i wish we knew if any of this violent behavior is true or not -- its all just so over the top. not just calling someone a name or giving them a dirty look, but trying to strike people with her hands and feet etc. banging on windows, stomping and banging... i dont mean anything bad about ks at all, im just struggling to understand what the heck could have been going with her and was she like this all the time? so many q's....

I know a lot of this has been mentioned, but for my own sake I'm going to state my opinion lol
1. I have a very bad feeling about the neighbor....although I never like people who refuse to take a poly---shows they're hiding something IMO
2. She left her car somewhere else. I've personally done that before and have gotten an itch to go get it, I've walked very far, I've gotten rides from neighbors/friends, etc very, VERY early in the morning. I think this would be the ONLY viable excuse to leave (since they've checked her phone for booty calls, etc)
3. It IS possible for a guy and girl to have a platonic relationship. I am an only child and have many guy friends who my b/f would trust me with, even to stay the night.
4. I would def. want to talk to everyone at that bar, as a partier, there is always an after-party and most of the time the skeezy, weirdo who was at the bar all night alone will attempt to tag-along---so will older men. Could be possible acquaintances from earlier in the night were attempting to meet up and when KS and her friend were found sleeping, the perp snuck her out.
5. I really, really don't trust the neighbor most of all. Had to put that out there again.

do you know if the other units are owned or rented like ks's was...ts owned his unit correct? or are these condos that are each owned by different people that may or may not live in the unit?

TS owns the whole side of his house, top to bottom. A different person owns the other side and rents out the downstairs as one unit and the 2nd and 3rd floors as a second unit.

CH makes the old "News of the World" look like "Scientific American." She infuriates me with her muckraking in every publicized crime.

I assume he lives on both floors but TDOTSFAM may be able to confirm that. He is not the landlord for any of the neighbors, according to county records.

My admittedly limited understanding is that this is correct AND I also believe that she can pay google to be one of the top search results returned when various search words are used.

Thinking about the neighbor, an insider early on talked about the possibility that he had cuts or abrasions or something, but could not confirm it either way. The other information they had provided was always correct and never overstated. I'm curious to know if this too was accurate and if in fact the neighbor had cuts/abrasions and if so, the nature/extent of them.

If they had his dna from something else then they wouldnt have to take it again. JMO
