Thanks for sharing PD.

I hate to sound.......rhymes with witchy but that's all we get?

Yes, I feel sad for Eric and have read a bit about his case. And not to say that he nor his family deserve a mention but jesus - where is Kortne and what's up with these POI's and more importantly - what's up with Palmyra LE?

Have hope? Hope for justice!

Do I see the adjoining house at 808 has a shed?? As well as the creepy camper... Now my mind is going a mile a minute.

No. No shed. I just went back through all of my photos. There was no shed there.

Crime scene tape still up last evening, btw.

Is that normal, to have the tape up a month later?

We really need to know who the responding officer was for the 4:12 AM call.

In March 2011 at a Palmyra Borough Council Meeting, the following ordinance was passed:
http://www.palmyraborough.org/pdf/2011/3-28-11Minutes.pdf
To approve Ordinance #732, authorizing the Borough of Palmyra and the
Townships of South Annville and South Londonderry to join together to establish
the Western Lebanon County Regional Emergency Management Agency. Motion
by Scott Bidding, second by Pat Hennessy. Motion carried.

That may include Police Departments, IMO. But It's not clear from this document:
http://www.keystatepub.com/keystate...nnville Township/Chapter 1 Administration.pdf (Part 5)

So we might not be looking at only these folks:

I wouldn't think so.

Are LE still going in and out?

You would think the boyfriend would want to go get some of his stuff (I know he can't since the tape is up but still)??

What the heck is going on here??? :maddening: :banghead: :maddening:

I'm feeling dense here. I know I asked before and it was explained kind of, but I still don't get it. What is the relevance of the LEO's name, unless one is suggesting some cover up or conspiracy involving LE? Sorry, I don't mean to be dense, but, well, I can be. I just don't see how the name of LEO helps find Kortne. TIA

Someone's made it important by not releasing what should be a matter of public record.

The fact that this piece of information is being so closely held creates suspicion, warranted or not.

It would be good to know what agencies were involved.

As a local, I'd like to know who I should be wary of. Not releasing the name of the responding officer in a missing person case makes me a bit wary of every LEO in Western Lebanon County.

If it's not relevant, why hasn't it been released? Hiding something? It's beginning to look that way.

We have no idea what may help find Kortne. IMO, no stone should be left unturned ever.

If LE would kindly issue a press release, we might have some vague notion of what's going on here. But we don't.

IMO It's b/c they released the first LEO's name, so why not the second to go there?! It really doesn't make sense unless LE is hiding something IMO

That's interesting. I wonder why it hasn't been cleared. I'm sure there are many people who are not very happy with that.

I know this is going to be a hard sell, but check out what I put the white oval around. I will see if I can post the picture from a different site where you can see it more clearly.

OK, since I'm harping on this LE reciprocity thing, I might as well throw in everything and be done with it.

Huge document:
http://www.rothplan.net/documents/2012HighlightedDraftComprehensivePlan_001.pdf

Starting on p 119 is info regarding police departments in the local municipalities.

Top of page 124: "....it is suggested that all three municipalities participate in a regional
police consolidation feasibility study conducted by the PA DCED’s Governor’s
Center for Local Government Services" (BBM)

It wouldn't take long to sign up for a feasibility study. Let's say the published document was released in late March 2012 (it's dated April 2012). IMO, the process could have been fully underway by July 1. These are small departments that already have a consolidated emergency management mechanism.

IMO, this means it's possible that any officer from any participating department could have responded to the third call.

I don't know if that's the case, but it might help explain the delayed response time.

THIS IS ALL CONJECTURE - except for the pdf document, which is legit, concrete and exists.

ETA: That's all for this topic. I swear.

Ah- I assumed you meant out back by the creepy camper, sorry.

I see on Google Street View there's something behind the tree.

When I was lurking all over the block, TS was still considered as having neither seen nor heard anything the night of July 28/29. There was no reason to take more pics of his house, except for the Creepy Camper...because it was creepy.

Every time I look at these pics I think...what a nice little block. So Middle America. Mature trees, porches with rockers, sidewalks.......................crime scene tape. =\

I think there's a daycare center on the NE corner of Main & Lingle now.

The first 911 call was made at 3:12 a.m. for a disturbance and indicates that Patrolman Timothy Lengle arrived on the scene 3 minutes later. The dispatch record provides no additional details other than the officer reported he was leaving the scene at 3:49 a.m. - about the time Stouffer was last seen, according to a borough police news release issued

Derry Township police Sgt. Bob Demmel outlines the search area with a volunteer before hearing out to search for Kortne Stouffer Wednesday. The Palmyra woman has been missing since July 29. (Jeremy Long / Lebanon Daily News)about 60 hours after her disappearance.
The EMA log states that borough police were called back to Stouffer's address for another disturbance at 4:12 a.m. and left at 4:36 a.m.

Palmyra police Chief Stanley J. Jasinski Jr. was not available for comment Wednesday afternoon, and a police representative said there was no record of a citation or arrest made at Stouffer's apartment at that time. The same representative said a Freedom of Information Act request would be required in writing to acquire the borough's dispatch log information.

I can't read articles on this site. But why hasn't the media put in for the Freedom of Info to request the police logs by now?
