I have never read or heard from LE that CP took a polygraph and passed. CP stated he took one when interviewed by LE, but nothing official. Besides, LE has been extremely quiet about the case, so it would be out of character for ANY such comment from the authorities. MOO.

Very good point Annie, I've only heard that he took a polygraph, not that he passed it ever. I agree too that it would be out of character for LE to release that information. Couldn't LE also stating that he isn't a POI be a tactical move on their part?

Yeah, no problem. Just as Living Juicy had thought earlier, the picture was confirmed to be taken in 2010, so it's irrelevant.

Oh, gosh....I remember this being discussed in probably thread 1 ( I really don't want to go back and look....) But this is what I recall...

Kortne's boyfriend's dad went and picked up his dog the afternoon/evening he was taken to jail....

anybody else remember?

Has anyone read the quote on KS fb in the about section??? Takes on a whole new level now I feel.
I forwarded the picture I found to the tips line but haven't heard anything. I am not great a facial comparison so was wondering if I could forward it to LivingJuicy if you could have a look at it and let me know what you think...It keeps bothering me if its her or not and I figure if someone who might have more of an idea can rule it out then I can start working from a different angle.

Yup, and no one has been cleared that we know of -- but then again, it has been all too quiet in this sad case.

And the "boys" continue to party on an almost daily basis!

Thanks so much for clearing that up. I wonder why the decision went down that way, as opposed to allowing Kortne the responsibility to care for the dog? Maybe it's just me, but that seems a little odd.

First of all I sincerly apologise for referring to private messages in the forum. I was not aware of that rule and really should have been. So once again I am sorry for that.

Now....I have not received anything back from the tips line, which either means they didn't get my message...or they don't want to talk to me!!!!

Oh Abstar, I wouldn't assume either of the possibilities. I get the feeling from the response I got that the detective needed to verify when the picture originated and did so, it took a little time on his part. It could be that they are working on verifying your tip, you never know. I have submitted tips twice and got responses back twice, so please don't assume the worst. Also I'm glad you mentioned the bit about private messages because I wasn't aware of that rule either, now I know. Thanks!

There are ways to search and find out what type of social networking sites a person uses. I have looked into this in the past and have never found a twitter account for Kortne. She has a FB account and a MySpace account where for some strange reason she goes by the name of Grace. I'm also still considering the human trafficking/serial killer possibility as well. Very true about lifestyle choices making them vulnerable.

I just think a human traficker/serial killer is a difficult scenario to make fit personally. Very well may end up being the case, but it's just too strange a time of day. There is also way too much attention being paid to the property between the neighbors, LE visits and sleepover guy. If a stranger saw any of that going on they would have moved on to a less risky situation.

So that means, in a relatively small window, Kortne left her apartment voluntarily, that a stranger who is into human trafficking or is a serial killer, happened to be on her street at some time after 4 a.m. but not too early where they saw LE presence at the residence and instinctively snatched her. I suppose it's possible, but I just don't know if it's likely.

It's weird that you say that, there was a mention of someone (can't spell the name i don't think) AB. Is it possible that AB and CP were in the car? I just thought of yet another of my hundreds of theories. What if MR really did go home and CP and AB are the ones that were in K's apartment, which is what caused the noise. Maybe AB went off with K somewhere to harm her, and CP stayed behind and is covering because he's afraid to talk. Has anyone else thought about this possibility?

Good thoughts. With the ruckus that was raised with the neighbors, I would imagine LE has been able to verify who was at Kortne's.

Main St. and her car was impounded by a Lebanon County detective. Lebanon County District Attorney Dave Arnold said his office and the county detectives are assisting borough police in the investigation, although it still has not been determined if a crime has taken place.

What was interesting about that was how he claimed to not have any knowledge of the disturbance yet, he was involved in the disturbance and per other MSM reports, the other neighbors also listed in MSM saw Kortne strike him.

Just weird.

Not just weird, but statements like that are used every day against defendants.
