Left Upper Arm - black outline of creature with mane and long nose, "ALV" backwards "L" "I" written below. Center of Back - black outline of devil face. Right Upper Arm - Black outline of "S" connected to 5 pointed star, black outline of shapes similar to "D" and "M" below
Is the actual post mortems available? Apparently backwards L shows up in some west African writing. If so it could be Alvji. It is indeed a name, but not all that common. I found this kid on Fb that could be aged about right but profile is locked. If they're brothers the other symbol may be for him and the Doe hadn't gotten around to tattooing the name yet. The one on the right looks similar to the Doe. His surname is Boavida which also appears in various places in West and South Africa.
