The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 10-year-old missing tender age Stephen Craig Salley Jr. He was last seen on Friday, December 23rd, 2022, on the 5300 block of Locust St.
He was heading to his father’s house on the 2900 block of Hale St. He is 5′ 3″ 110lb., tall build, brown eyes, brown complexion, and twisted hair. Unknown clothing description (possibly a green coat).
