People being detained and "exported" by ICE

I posted the actual order from the Supreme Court. It clearly kicked it back to the lower court for clarification and definition. Once those are defined, the Supreme Court ruling suggested the lower court may not have authority.

I just posted the alien act. It's very clear the president has full authority to deport our enemies, without any criminal or hostile activity. And also requires courts, judges, US marshals to comply. It's a very inclusive act.

Moo...

IMO, your read on the AEA is legally incorrect as is your interpretation of the Supreme Court's ruling.

i again read this article posted previously by keek

had i been in Bachir Atallah's same situation i would have done whatever was asked and likely thanked the border patrol agents for doing their jobs.

Could you please provide a link showing that Forbes Breaking News on You Tube is actually owned by Forbes magazine? There's nothing listing that on the YouTube Channel, nothing listed in their Wikipedia and nothing listed on the Forbes.com website linking the two. Happy to be corrected, but I am not seeing any relationship and the You Tube channel is incredibly biased, imo. ETA: The Forbes mag logo is black with a white F, not red with a white F as the You Tube channel logo.

I did find this interesting tidbit on their Wiki page.

In July 2014, the Forbes family bought out Elevation and then Hong Kong-based investment group Integrated Whale Media Investments purchased a 51 percent majority of the company.

In 2017, Isaac Stone Fish, a senior fellow of the Asia Society, wrote in The Washington Post that "Since that purchase, there have been several instances of editorial meddling on stories involving China that raise questions about Forbes magazine's commitment to editorial independence.
Not Forbes magazine. Forbes utube is VERY different and some of their offshoots. Lots of maga mentality on the Utube. Well known of people who USED to give it a watch before it descended into garbage talk.

So this is where we are as a nation: people enthusiastically defending concentration camps in response to state-sanctioned gaslighting.

MOO.
They work and walk among us, but then they show themselves. Twisted minds for people who had the fortune due to ancestors to be in a free and sound country to do as they pleased. America is for all good people past, now and future. Uses that PRIVILEGE to see honesty and good things. Otherwise, living here is a waste of space.

Sen. Chris Van Hollen was blocked Wednesday from visiting Kilmar Abrego Garcia at the notorious Terrorism Confinement Center (CECOT) mega-prison complex after the Democrat traveled to El Salvador to push for the release of the illegal migrant and purported MS-13 member.

That is absolutely not true. I am an ex-Pat in the UK. I am waiting for my settled status and in the meantime, have overstayed my Visa. Thus, I am considered an "illegal immigrant". I was never detained, never locked up, and never in any way threatened with that. The only thing I am required to do is electronically confirm my address every month.

Yep; it certainly wasn't close to reality of what's happening in other countries as alleged. I posted the links t the actualities last evening, but THANK YOU for speaking up and out given your status as an Ex-at in the UK/

I appreciate those 'keeping it real'.

i would also include the New York Post in the list of propaganda MAGA news sources. I always have a hard time stopping myself from rolling my eyes when that website is linked as a “news” source. They are one step up from a tabloid and completely biased. Just IMO.
Completely agree, was reading Ad Fontes Media site about NY Post, they rate all news and score based on reliability and bias. For reliability, they score between 0-64 anything over 40 is considered good, anything under that not so much - NYPost 31.83
Bias is scored anything from -42 - +42 - NYpost 9.33.
Skews right wing, so doesn't offer impartial and neutral reporting at all and is often reliant on opinion over fact.

Jmo, moo, imo

Both governments say they would be violating each others’ sovereignty if they facilitated Abrego Garcia’s return—Van Hollen said El Salvador Vice President Félix Ulloa told him “El Salvador can’t smuggle Mr. Abrego Garcia into the United States,” while Trump officials have said it would amount to “kidnapping” if they took Abrego Garcia back from El Salvador, since he’s a citizen there.
(…)
The Department of Homeland Security on Wednesday tweeted an image of a restraining order application Abrego Garcia’s wife filed against him in 2021, alleging he punched, scratched and bruised her, and ripped off her shirt. “Kilmar Abrego Garcia had a history of violence and was not the upstanding ‘Maryland Man’ the media has portrayed him as,” DHS wrote on X.

That sounds absolutely ridiculous.

How about just agreeing to bring Mr Garcia back, between them?

If they can agree to ship unconvicted people off to a mega prison in another country, they can agree to release and bring an unconvicted man back.

They really sound like 5 year olds. imo

Apart from the fact that he is being held at the request of the US Government and not being held for a crime committed in El Salvador. The Government could request that he be granted humanitarian parole. He would be eligible for that.

Like the tariff games, all the games that now USA is being isolated per him and his ilk around him. Europe has taken control for their own good. Never has this country been so .. ashamed . Those who are informed and have a thinking mind with a social conscience of ALL. May they get to experience themselves what they support in a criminal to start. He wields the pen, the others around him give him the papers. Having a blast.

"Boasberg said the administration can avoid contempt proceedings if it attempts to remedy the violation by retaking custody of the deportees, who were sent to the El Salvador prison in violation of his order, so they have a chance to challenge their removal.

Boasberg said if the administration chooses not to remedy the violation, he will move forward with trying to identify the official or officials who made the decision not to turn the planes around.

Then, he could refer the matter for prosecution. Since Trump’s Justice Department leadership would almost certainly opt not to bring a case, the judge said he would appoint another attorney to prosecute the contempt case should the government decline to do so."

"Now, Trump has a new proposal that sounds similarly suited to light Americans’ tax dollars on fire.

“We’re going to give them a stipend. We’re going to give them some money and a plane ticket, and then we’re going to work with them — if they’re good, if we want them back in — we’re going to work with them to get them back in as quickly as we can.”

..... essentially, the same proposal that earned Mitt Romney mockery during the 2012 presidential race. At the time, even Trump called Romney’s plan “maniacal” and “crazy” and said he thought it helped cost Romney the election."

"According to data from Witness at the Border, a U.S.-based migrant advocacy group, there have been more than 350 deportation flights since the start of the year.

... the Trump administration deported fewer people in February 2025 than the Joe Biden administration did in February the previous year.

Some countries, including Colombia and Panama, have said they are providing migrants with food, water, and medical care, as well as the chance to apply for asylum with assistance from UN agencies.

But concerns remain from human rights groups about how migrants are treated upon their arrival in other countries, such as El Salvador, where deportees have been transferred to the country’s notorious mega prison .... "

Is the 4 year old domestic violence complaint supposed to be some sort of "gotcha" moment? Domestic violence is a criteria for "gang member"?

Round 'em up! All USA citizens whose name appears on a domestic violence complaint should be put on a plane and sent to El Salvador. Make USA spouses safe again!

I doubt that the man who was illegally abducted and sent to a foreign prison is alive. That's the only logical reason to explain why both USA and El Salvador governments refuse to produce him. I think that Kilmar Abrego Garcia has been murdered and the USA government is involved in a cover-up.

A past proven and reliable source told cops with the Prince George’s County police that Abreago Garcia is an active member of MS-13 with the Westers clique in March 2019, according to the gang interview field sheet.

The confidential source further advised that he is the rank of “Chequeo” with the moniker of “Chele” and that his clothes were reportedly affiliated with the gang.

What is the name of this witness?

Can invisible witnesses give evidence at invisible trials to justify detention and deportation of USA citizens?
