I think the new theory is she was hiding from the cameras as family would know what she was doing if seen on camera?

No. I don't think so. She has a very peculiar demeanor which I first noticed when the videos were released of her entering the hotel with Joran. I thought the same thing as you when I first saw those. But she has the very same demeanor in the casino! There is something very unique and particular about it that reminds me of people I have known/seen who are autistic. Her actions -very proficient (her hands) at the poker table are in stark contrast to her body's movements...

Am I understanding correctly that many of us believe photo 3 in this set, is VDS returning from the "real" coffee-run? Either he left the door ajar, or he put the coffees down before he unlocked the door. Or is photo 3 in set 5 a still from the old video of the empty coffee cup fiasco?

Yes, Photo 3 in Set 5 is at 8:24:44, when he is returning with the 'real' coffee.

That photo is still out on the web, following the one of hime leaving the room with a cigarette...Photos 11 and 12 on the website.

CNN) -- Aruban authorities are urging Natalee Holloway's father, Dave Holloway, to delay volunteer search efforts in her disappearance until police get better information on the case from Peruvian investigators who have spoken to Joran van der Sloot, prosecutor Peter Blanken said.

Police do not want their investigation jeopardized or possible evidence contaminated in the Bubali Bird Sanctuary, a swamp area where Joran once said he dumped Holloway's body, Blanken said. I thought I heard her say a pastor from the Netherlands had visited Joran. My speakers are low and I have a hard time hearing from them even though my volume is all the way up. I'm curious to know who arranged that if I heard correctly.

I've watched many of the videos that have been posted. I'm struck by the strangeness of Stephany's movements...the way she walks mostly. Many have commented that they thought she might have been drugged. The autopsy results seem to indicate that she had neither consumed alcohol nor drugs. I mean no disrespect, but was Stephany autistic??? Her demeanor in all of the videos I have seen are strange/different???

She may have a problem with her legs or feet...as she seems to have trouble walking up the steps inside the casino at 0:49 of this video.

I think the reason why they didn't realease the video is because it points out a prominent lie in Joran's confession. He claims that the murder happened after he returned from getting coffee and he caught Stephany on his laptop. He also claims that after he threw her to the floor he took off his white shirt and smothered her with it.

So he claims in his confession that he was wearing the white shirt when the murder took place. The coffee video clearly shows that he was not wearing it when he went for coffee so that is a glaring contradiction.

I am by no means an expert in martial arts, but am aware there is a blow made with the hand in an "upward" motion that knocks the nasal bone up into the brain, but not aware of a downward strike that would do this. ??? Sorry to be so gross. This would not cause death instantly, hence the strangalation and smothering.

Well I was describing the elbowing, but yes a palm heel strike with the hand to the nose is meant to push the nose into the skull. But the elbow is far more massive and capable of actually doing this. (I have studied much martial arts.)

But my points are that she was likely brain damaged, but he was not taking any chances on someone testifying agaisnt him. Probably tells you something about what happened to NH,

- yes, I spoke with the Pastor from Netherlands; he comes 2x a year to visit - about 100 Netherlands' prisoners in there; he visited VDS today, but of course, I knew he wouldn't tell me what they talked about.
- VDS's other visitor today was his attorney

No handcuffs, unarmed guards, synthetic wood flooring, the menus [the chicken dish and the alternate choice from yesterday], along with the cell that could pass for a dorm room if not for the toilet hole in the floor.

The odd thing about the 8:24 pic with Joran returning to his room with the coffee is that he is reaching for the doorknob as though the door was left ajar.

The photo of Joran RETURNING from the coffee shop with coffee cups is a different photo than the one of him in the lobby asking for someone to unlock his door for him.
I saw it, I just didn't capture it in time.
It was timestamped 8:11:46-19 (Hotel Lobby time) Joran returns to hotel from Coffee Shop or market
8:26:05-26 (Hotel Lobby Cam) Joran in lobby asking for someone to open his room.

There is only the one person behind the desk also on the return with the coffee. The person was casually slumped down within their chair.
