You can bet your bippy they cleaned that cell up.....knowing camera crews were going to film it. Remember she had to have body search, I'm sure papers asking for permission to come inside the jail......so yes imo they buffed that place nicely.
As for inmates wearing clothes with pockets and no fear about weapons.....they have them and I'm sure they have many inmates killing each other on a regular basis.


Re: the hole in the floor for a toilet.....
I've been as a tourist to Czech and Poland....and trust me...even their roadside rest areas are so scary you have to be desperate to use them......HOLE IN THE FLOOR with a concrete outline as to where your feet should be placed.

I think he'll wait until he gets news from the Judge as to what his sentence will be and
then he'll be singing like a canary.....looking for a deal to get to a better prison, but he may be just trading one bad place for another.

I am wondering if that sink is chipped - at first it looked filthy. It still looked the same today but old sinks that are chipped have black underneath.

LOL Yes, and the walls don't appear to have been painted in a few decades or more, too. (But today, the cell is clean.) Just prison spin.

Catching up from my day. Phew!! Quite an eventful day with all the new stills and our awesome sleuthers putting it together. Way to go!

Here is the same pic without the big black RADAR ONLINE stamp in the middle, they have this pic up twice, one with the black stamp in the middle, one without.

I just have to comment on this. I realize these agencies want credit for their work and need to watermark their stuff, but GEEZE! They all but obliterate that which they're trying to 'sell'. Same goes for the bottom quarter of the screen on news programs with all the streaming crap. I'd actually like to see the entire videos they're broadcasting on accasion. :banghead:

I've watched many of the videos that have been posted. I'm struck by the strangeness of Stephany's movements...the way she walks mostly. Many have commented that they thought she might have been drugged. The autopsy results seem to indicate that she had neither consumed alcohol nor drugs. I mean no disrespect, but was Stephany autistic??? Her demeanor in all of the videos I have seen are strange/different???

I think she just has an odd gait to her walk. According to the video where she's entering the casino and coming up a few steps, it looks like she may have a bit of 'gimp', for lack of a better word. I don't think there's anything more to it than that, IMO.

Police do not want their investigation jeopardized or possible evidence contaminated in the Bubali Bird Sanctuary, a swamp area where Joran once said he dumped Holloway's body, Blanken said. Aruban authorities wish to search a more focused area once they receive more information from van der Sloot and his laptop, which may include files linking him to the Holloway disappearance.

Translation: They don't want anyone ELSE contaminating any possible evidence or jeopardizing the investigation. They prefer to do it themselves.

Of course they're trying to delay any search efforts. It's what they've done from the very beginning. And the Aruban beat goes on. La-di-da-di-dee..

NG: just showed Jean C inside Joran's cell (minus Joran). Clothes on hook on the wall, several items,including toothpaste, and books on the bed. Now Jean is showing the prison yard, now into the protective custody unit.

(so it looks like he must have a change of clothes!)

NG: Jean saying she could talk to anybody she wanted to, have video of prisoners behind bars, she was allowed to ask them about Joran, seems other prisoners "welcome" him. Doesn't seem to be any hateful venegence, per Jean.

NG: Jean thinks he may be moved to general population sooner than later, maybe before trial. Prison officials say he has nothing to fear. NG stressing one of the people who likes Joran is a Colombian assassin! Michael Griffith saying Joran doesn't know a Colombian from a Peruvian and the guy could actually be an undercover agent for the Peruvian police.

Hiya! I figured out the sequence of the image names and realised the 5a.jpg was the missing image we needed. Then went to one of the Radaronline images ... left clicked the photo ...clicked Properties ... coped the Image URL ... pasted in address bar ... changed the end to 5a.jpg .... enter ... POOF ... there it was!
