JeanC: "ferociousness with great cruelty" - the charges read
- it's an aggravator
- not going to read mental illness (psych report/evaluation)

nothing about mental illness - talks about explosion of temper. psych evaluation. Ferociousness and with great cruelty - is Murder 1 in Peru-
Exactly and nothing it seems which would warrant him being admitted to the mental hospital in the Netherlands. MOO

Amazing he's been to all those places, or if not, where did the currency come from?

I wish Jean C would have listed the amounts of the currency. For all we know, it could be a coin from here, there, and everywhere.

NG - doesn't want JVDS to have toilet paper. He is getting special treatment.

NG: pointing out the shampoo and toilet paper to Michael Griffith. He says Joran is definitely getting special treatment.

(I thought Jean talked about the prison store on her video last week? :waitasec:)

I remember him counting through some bills when they inventoried his belongings but it seemed at the time they were only from about 3 different countries. :waitasec:

Give me a break, they have to let their most famous prisoner have toilet paper!

A guy on InSession talked about that today. They talked about how neat it was that the prisoners had their own store and had to buy their own things.

Most US prisons have commissaries so I didn't think it was such an Oh Gee Wiz Cool thing. JMO

Ya know, Kat? Perhaps, they won't put a label, diagnosis on him - ASPD.
Wonder why?
When young (but he's of age now), most countries will not label socio/psychopath on individuals below a certain age.
When younger>behavior disorder; oppositional defiant order, etc.

So he got money from somewhere and got the stuff at the prison store....big deal!! It's still a dirty jail cell!

Michael Griffith is off the charts with the "finger wiping". This is not the hard knocks prison Joran will eventually end up in.

I read earlier in someone's post about the Kalpoe brothers passports being revoked? I was really busy at work but thought I heard someone on the phone from Aruba (On Court TV) saying something about offering them immunity if they talked? Anyone hear any of these things today?

LOL why did that make me giggle out loud? :D I mean I don't like the guy but if he doesn't have access to a bidet by all means let him have some TP. Or atleast extra newspaper that he doesn't wet to cover the toilet hole. LOL

Remind me why she has such a bad reputation. I can't remember. Scott Peterson? She was sued? Something is hanging in the corner of my brain, but the corners are dark. :)

Mike Brooks rocks tonight!

I thought Rita's bad reputation had something to do with Rudy Guilianni and his NYC security chief but I might be overlapping 2 different scandals.

LOL I stopped at about the fifth or sixth country, and deleted. It was too much for me.

Because the lie detector analyst said JVS had a very strong sphincter muscle.

I had to mute the TV and then pause through the countries.
