A guy on InSession talked about that today. They talked about how neat it was that the prisoners had their own store and had to buy their own things.

Most US prisons have commissaries so I didn't think it was such an Oh Gee Wiz Cool thing. JMO

Ya know, Kat? Perhaps, they won't put a label, diagnosis on him - ASPD.
Wonder why?
When young (but he's of age now), most countries will not label socio/psychopath on individuals below a certain age.
When younger>behavior disorder; oppositional defiant order, etc.

LOL why did that make me giggle out loud? I mean I don't like the guy but if he doesn't have access to a bidet by all means let him have some TP. Or atleast extra newspaper that he doesn't wet to cover the toilet hole. LOL
