No impairments that keep him from perceiving reality. Reading the document again. Nancy talking about Joran going before the Judge and saying he was framed, tricked by LE. Jean saying the attorney told media that the attorney who was there during the interrogation was representing the interests of police, not Joran.

Nancy showing the white shirt (bloodstained) that he put on Stephany's body because it would be easier to transport her with the shirt on, when he entertained the idea of putting her in a suitcase and moving her.

Nancy talking now with experts about putting her dead body into clothing.

Looking at these pictures has literally made me feel sick.

Picture #9, can anybody identify what that red thin cord like thingie is? (one part of it touches the shoe).

Maybe a "bungie cord" or one of those "eye glass holder" cords. Just guessing here.

Yes a bungie cord type thing could be used to strangle somebody imo. Could it be an object used to secure suitcases? I'm curious if it could have been used by Joran to strangle Stephany.

Sorry, I missed that. Elton Garcia paid for the trip to Peru? and now the FBI was stalking JVDS? OK, I have to admit I'd like to know more about this Mr. Garcia. He is the one that introduced Stephany to JVDS.

I just got the above in an email totally unrelated to the case, but speaks to the question as to did Joran have any kind of martial arts training. I thought it was an interesting fact. He is 6'5 and probably weighs a ton. She was so tiny.jmo

Like most, Joran's conspiracy theory is flimsy. He didn't need Mr. Garcia's money; he had $25,000 in extortion money.

Joran's cruel conspiracy theory about his father deposing the Holloway body was also a fabrication.

One of the most extraordinary things about him is his propensity to retool his alibis, often at the expense of others.

I've been looking for a couple of days for info on him. Not to post it because he's not a POI but to just satisfy my curiosity about him. (much like I did with the casino singer, basic info nothing too personal) and I can't find anything on the web that's not posted to blogs or speculation. I was looking for facts. No luck so far.

Could it be that he just said 'with his shirt' and we all assumed it was the one he was wearing? Maybe it was another shirt he had lying around...or with all his lies, maybe not a shirt at all !!

I do know as stated on the Cold Cases on TV that when victims are stabbed to death....their bodies roll into a fetal position.....however, with SF if she was found in a fetal position.....the PLE may have rolled her over to see what wounds were inflicted on her person.

Whatever the case may be......this poor girl suffered a death that was OVERKILL......from someone (Joran) who lost control of his senses and just killed and killed and wanted her dead.

IF CSI in Peru follows the same guidelines as the USA, Stephany's body wouldn't be touched by anyone but the medical examiner, or at least until the investigation at the scene was mostly processed and the ME approved for officers on the scene to move the body.

NG talking now about Anita and Melody breaking their silence. Rupa reporting about Melody dating Joran when they were 16, broke up after she found out he lied and cheated; showing film from 20/20 interview.

Caller has question if Joran's entire body was examined for scratches; she also has question if this started as a sexual assault until he discovered the sanitary napkin. Jean: everything is speculation.
