Please forgive me, you guys...but I can't seem to find the crime scene photos...I can't find the graphic ones on radar....I just want to keep up with everyone and I'm not feeling well...would someone kindly point me in the right direction? Checked out CBS' and radar...and they aren't the ones I've seen posted on a thread or two back.

You can see on Crime Scene Pic #20, Joran's shirt is over her Nike shirt.

I know what you mean...I, too, thought it looked out in the open on the diagram....someone had to explain it to me a few days ago. The bathroom is directly to the right of the entrance door. There is a thin line on the diagram for the far wall of the bathroom, separating it from the bedroom. BUT, the ROL logo info goes right across it, making it easy to miss...look again, I'm sure you'll see it. :innocent:

Pic #16 of the crime scene photos agrees with th ROL diagram.

Thank you, FLNY! Those water marks and logos irritate the crap outta me - as well as all the streamers and junk on the news shows that obscure half the screen and what I'm trying to see.

Did you happen to see my post in thread 11, page 9 (post #215) about muay Thai. I spent some time formulating it in hopes that Bobarino would see it but I've not noticed him back to this forum since then.

I'd bring it here but I don't know how to do that once a thread is closed.

WBG. If you want to bring forward a post from another thread for viewing on a current thread here is how I do it.

1. Locate the previous post and click on the number in the upper right hand corner (it will be located next to the triangle alert button).

2. Once you click on that number the post will open in another browser window and will show only that single post.

3. Copy (right hand click on your mouse) the URL address for that particle single post within that new webpage.

4. Bring it to the current thread and paste it into your reply to thread window. It will make that specific post (link) viewable for all to see without violating TOS by copy and pasting the entire text of a previous post from a closed thread. Hope that helps

It is frustrating to read sometimes, I KNOW. LOL. I think this is why the mods say, "if your frustrated, move along or just ignore!"

It's pretty evident to me that anyone with EXTREME feelings about any particular case aren't going to evaluate other posts and/or change their ingrained stance. Some people are just pot stirrers or just out and out trolls on the WWW.

Most here at WS don't fall under that category from my experience. Thank the Lord. And thank WS's for rules! Even if we don't agree all the time.

It's dated today (updated tonight which is past our time in the Netherlands). The headline doesn't reflect the body of the article, though. From what I can find, the high court hasn't heard it yet...

If not mistaken on JVM I saw under a pic of Joran....that Joran's Judge will rule on Wednesday.

His confession(s) will not be necessary because of all the damning evidence they have against him.

On NG one atty. stated that Joran was holding his poker cards.....a 1 a 3 a 5 etc...

meaning not a winning hand.

Hi, Suzihawk. There is no evidence that the Van Der Sloot family covered up for him. Joran's extortion story implicating his father was made after his father's death and not made public until after Stephany's murder. If his mother had wanted to cover up for him, her interview responses only complicated his already sinking alibis. Much of the animosity directed toward the family stemmed from misperceptions about Paulus' position and the Holloway family's quite understandable adverserial search for answers.

The repeated slanders against Paulus, Anita, and even Joran's brothers would have only drawn the family's wagon train closer together.

JVS was interviewed by Greta VS in 2008 (Paulus was alive and well) where he attempted to peddle a tape of him and his father discussing Natalee being sold into the sex slave business. It sure looked to me like he was trying to implicate his father in that interview. In true JVS style, the tape was believed to be a fake.

PVDS's best friend was the Chief of Police (Van der Straaten) and also Joran's Godfather. They were well connected to those in charge of the investigation, IMO.

I guess we're going to have to amiably agree to disagree on this one.

The judge will decide on the legality of van der Sloot's incarceration by Wednesday, lawyer Maximo Altez said. If the ruling is unfavorable to van der Sloot, Altez said, he is prepared to appeal to the highest court.

While in front of the judge, van der Sloot declined to give a formal statement on the facts of the case, according to the court. The reason he gave was he hopes the statements he allegedly gave to police that led to his imprisonment will be nullified.

The visual I get from his story about "being chased by people carrying Natalee Holloway posters" is almost comical, like a scene from a badly-made 50's sci fi horror movie or something! I can't even imagine this happening in real life. "The Attack of the Poster People" or something.

I saw the Greta interview and he was throwing everyone under the bus. He was talking about his dad paying 50,000 to someone in charge to get him out of the charges. He had a chip that supposedly had his fathers voice on it talking about the slavery, etc.

In this article, it mentions pictures of Joran as a child, etc. I read something interesting on another board...when we hear of pictures never before seen from a murderer's childhood, and the mother is involved with putting those pictures out there to the media, hmmm, it just sorta reminds me of someone... Is there an attempt being made to supply Joran with a top notch defense team (full of experts & such)?
