JORAN HIRES HIT MAN AFTER CELL ROBBERY

Flying into a wild rage after a fellow prisoner burglarized his cell, vicious killer Joran van der Sloot hired a hit man to get bloody revenge.

Shocked guards found the thief lying in a pool of blood, screaming in agony with three stab wounds in his stomach.

Joran sneered as he told another prisoner: “That’ll teach the 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 not to mess with me!”

Incredibly, the horrifying “hit” cost the well-heeled Dutch 🤬🤬🤬🤬 a paltry $105, The ENQUIRER has learned exclusively.

from article

The menacing hulk recently left a jailhouse meeting with a visitor to find his cell had been ransacked. He went berserk, divulged an insider.

“Two shirts, a cap, a pair of shoes and about $35 he’d stashed under his mattress had been stolen.

“Joran screamed at the guards, demanding to know why they hadn’t stopped the thief. But they just shrugged and turned their backs.

“Joran yelled at them, ‘I don’t need you cowards – I’ll take care of this myself!’”

so Joran is allowed to yell at guards and doesn't get punished??? What kind of 'jail' is this?

Right?? So far he's made at least one escape attempt, assaulted a guard and attempted to buy drugs on camera and he hasn't gotten his wrists slapped yet - to my knowledge.

Is the National Enquirer a good source for news? Has this been reported by any news source in Peru?

Not reported by any other source that I've seen. However, occasionally the NE has gotten the scoop before others and gotten it right.

That's why I prefaced the post with "FWIW" (for what it's worth). :)

Joran did attack another prisoner when he was detained in Aruba, so it's not altogether unbelievable. Apparently he kept kicking the guy in the head ... not the same as a knife attack. Also, I understood that Joran was in a separate wing with only one other prisoner - although I haven't kept track of his cell neighbors so that may have changed.

Another article that says he searched for ways to get out of Peru after the murder...

Dutch murder suspect Joran van der Sloot began planning his escape to Chile immediately after killing Peruvian student Stephany Flores.

A TV programme in Peru quoted a police dossier on Joran, stating that the Dutchman had specifically searched for countries which lacked an extradition treaty with Peru. Mr Van der Sloot was arrested by Chilean police in June and handed over to Peru, although the two countries have no extradition treaty.

It also says there were searches relating to Natalee on the computer which seemingly corresponds with one of his statements that Stephany had found out who he was while on his computer. Of course the times of the searches aren't revealed in the article, however. MOO

It's quite surprising that the computer analysis actually support Joran's statement about playing online poker and a seach about Natalee. It actually lends credence to the "sudden anger" or "crime of passion" theory.

After all the lies Joran has told, it seems shocking that something he said is supported by facts.

I agree. I don't believe he lured her to the room with the intention of killing her, however, I do believe he is quick to anger and shows no remorse for what he has done. MOO

IMHO, although the computer search of Natalee's case COULD support Joran's claim, it could also be put out by the pros., that it was Joran who did the search to show (brag) to Stephanie of how 'bad' he was. Then you put in that he allegedly searched for safe havens, most likely after her murder, then you add in he ROBBED her, you have the commission of murder during a felony (crime).

IIRCC, that (murder during a robbery) would get him a longer prison sentence in a Peruvian prison.:behindbar: As far as I'm concerned, the longer the better.

I also hope he has a miserable Holiday with his new-found friends!

Here's another Peruvian report re: Joran and the Vodka

"Apparently, the bottle would have been a special request from Van der Sloot. De Vukojevic ... who came from Holland a few days ago, stayed at a hotel in Miraflores and his friendship with the suspect in the murder of Flores Stephany [dates] since 2006."

If Joran requested it, it seems unbelievable if he really thought it would be delivered. Amazing...he just doesn't get it: :behindbar MOO

Oh, I think he gets it, alright. He just thinks he's above it - that the rules don't apply to him.

You're right. It's still very difficult for me to comprehend his mindset. :waitasec:

I can't see why he wouldn't think that having someone deliver him liquor would not be a problem considering that Stephanie's father himself has complained that he is being treated like a king and that another inmate at a different prison in Peru was able to murder his girlfriend after having sex with her in his cell and was able to hide her body right in his cell for a while.

I guess there was someone with a conscience on duty the day that reporter showed up. Or the guards are catching on that anything that is done for Joran is going to hit the papers and there may be repercussions.

Van der Sloot makes "most talked about" list

Birmingham, Al (WIAT) Joran van der Sloot began 2010 known primarily as the prime suspect in the 2005 disappearance of Mountain Brook teenager Natalee Holloway on a school trip to Aruba.

Now Radio Netherlands Worldwide (RNW) has declared him number two on their list of most talked about Dutch people. And it's hard to argue since he's been making constant headlines on three continents.:behindbar:

................................snip...............................

He was the subject of an online video game where players can electroshock him until he confesses to murder.:loser:

.......................................snip.....................................

TIME Magazine called his arrest the biggest crime story of the year. And now he's the second most talked about topic in his home country. :rocker:

Gotta wonder who the #1 talked about Dutch person is.

As for how proud mama is and her claim to have distanced herself from him back when he was first sent to Castro Castro... I'd bet my last dollar she's behind the following website that's petitioning for JVS and other Dutch prisoners be allowed to serve their time in the Netherlands rather than in Peru. Note the site also solitics donations. Cuz, ya know... those Dutch boys need a little spending money for such incidentals as buying marijuana, paying to have fellow inmates hurt or offed or what have you. Nice touch having all the photos from his childhood with his young playmates and with the family dog. (Hope this isn't the dog he's accused of killing.)
