last tues at 1100 , he hadnt paid room rent, someone went in the room , was demanded to go into the room, knees to the left of body this person saw after being called to room to demand payment

NG: Jean Casares on from Peru! JVDS is in holding cell in building behind where JC is standing. Has seen documents how S's body was found; we have learned today that last Tuesday @ 11pm a phone call to hotel wanting to be connected to JVDS room. Hotel worker realizes he hadn't paid for room for two days. Worker goes to room and finds mattress off bed, sheets off bed, etc. and discovers S's body. JC graphically describing S's wounds. Worker called 911.

NG now moving on to the autopsy report and showing diagram on the tv screen. My note: I just realized why there is no sexual assualt by something listed on the screen describing what S was wearing. MOO

- dark red bruising on left cheek
- scratches on t chin (NG - grabbed around neck or...)
- broken neck
- blunt trauma to torso from shoulders all the way down to the navel
- inside of elbow - grabbing
- right index finger - open wound
(She was fighting- should be DNA fibers, unless took shower)

Do you think it is possible that what we have assumed is the final videotape of him leaving the hotel (striped shirt) is indeed not the last videotape of him leaving? He must have returned, and left later. Or am I totally confused now?

IMO, when Joran left wearing the striped shirt, with the backpack and duffle bag, he never returned.

We have yet to see the video of where it was stated he left the room around 8:00 AM and returned with two cups of coffee and bread. I am baffled that this portion of the video was not released with every other video of Joran that has been released. I am wondering IF it ever happened.
