I am rereading Gift of Fear right now. Gavin DeBecker talks about the Messengers of Intuition, which he believes we ALL have but we often downplay or ignore. My goal is to teach myself to be more aware of these feelings and act upon them. Better safe than sorry.

Do we know when the former roommate moved out? Was it before or after the madman moved to Pullman?

I just call it
Being Aware.

Being aware of one's surroundings
and be able to predict possible dangers.
And try to minimize them.
Some call it "common sense".

You see a house layout, your brain unconsciously goes through good vs bad layouts it has seen (real life, print, movies, etc.) in a nano-second and the result is you get a "gut feeling."

Below is part of another female WSU student's statement ( Her husband also met him at a BBQ and later tells her to be careful around BK and that he didn't like him. This is the woman who suspects he'd been snooping in her medicine cabinet )

Paragraph 5 includes a reference to one of his old professors, maybe Ramsland & Ted Bundy
He also tells the WSU student he's studied ' sexual burglars'
Her opinion is that BK is ' calculated' and ' jealous' and resentful of successful staff/people . Also speaks of ' hours of him arguing with teacher'

PS His loathing of being interrupted recurs across different WSU witnesses

He was pro death penalty, she wasn't. He asks her whether she'd take a different view if her 12 year old daughter was r/aped! ( Wonder why he chose that scenario?!) He was heard to tell all the class that the women there would be ' sc/rewed' when it came to the job market, competing against him.

Has anybody on WS tracked down an ISP document link yet? I don't intend to trawl through all of them as I did with the MPD document dumps but there are already some real nuggets in the ones that have been shared across podcasters and on reporters' channels. ( The latter said that LE did hundreds of hours of interviews with WSU staff and students)

An example - Sept - Oct WSU student told LE that somebody broke in her room and took underwear and perfume.

Later, experiences prowling incidents , so she has to call her husband home
