GUILTY PLEA DEAL ACCEPTED - 4 Univ of Idaho Students Murdered, Bryan Kohberger Arrested, Moscow, Nov 2022 #116

I'm troubled by this, particularly XK's head fracture and EC's defensive wounds. We were led to believe, sort of dumbing down the whole situation, that they were killed in their sleep. Not so. Murder is brutal but that was surprising. JMOO
Well said, this information is truly almost hard to believe, wow.

Truly, I didn’t think it was possible to look at him as even more sick as he’s just sitting there at the table!

I wonder if he was under influence of some substances during the attack? 🤔
The same question about some selfies.

he has a certain pallor in the photos...such overkill , it's definitely possible...he has played big boy games with heroin...heroin numbs you emotionally . It's hard to tell though unless you can see his pupils and read his demeanor...he does look very pale cold and clammy which is hallmark for dopers. Adding: because opiate drugs suppress the breathing and the blood is not receiving as much oxygen.

I'm ALL for a defence team fighting their bums off for a fair trial. I'm ALL for a defense team fighting tooth and nail to ensure the correct level of justice and verdict is applied to their client. Hell, I'm ALL for a defense team using every skill they collectively possess to show a jury that there is reasonable doubt IF there in fact is!
What I cannot comfortably sit with is a defense team who has a client that has ADMITTED in a court of law that he slinked into a house full of young innocent people in the dead of night, whilst they lay in their beds and proceeded to savagely slaughter them with stabs, slashes and brutal beatings, and despite that admittance and confession, the defense team still put their pen to paper and demand that their admitted murderous guilty felon of a client shouldn't have to pay reimbursement to the families of the young people he hacked to bits for their out of pocket expenses that THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAD TO PAY IF HE HADN'T HAVE MURDERED THEIR BABIES!!!

Just no.

There's being a damn good defense team - which I massively admire and believe that everyone is entitled to - and there is this.

It's sick and shame on AT and her cronies.

ETA - I don't know the full ins and outs of the whole g.f.m.'s and whatnot but if I recall correctly, the bulk of the fundraising talk was regarding the Goncalves and the fundraising that they acquired which I'm not sure how was spent... But what about the Chapins for example? I'm fairly sure they didn't accept any fundraising directly and instead pointed people towards the charity for Ethan. They will have certainly have had out of pocket expenses for travel etc... Not that I think they would accept a single penny from anything to do with that ghoul, but it's the principle! The felon should pay for what he has done - by time locked in a prison being tormented by fellow lags, by financial means... By every mean. He should pay for his crimes.

MOO
I totally agree.

I'm thinking of it this way: if BK paid all those expenses (that THEY WOULD NOT HAVE EVER HAD EXCEPT FOR WHAT HE DID), such as funeral and travel, lost wages and more, then any money they may have received from other sources such as funding sites, money that often perfect strangers felt compelled to give out of the goodness of their own hearts, and because they understood the devastating trauma they had thrust upon them for no reason, they could use all those funds however they wished, instead of having to spend them on immediate necessities. It just makes things go a little more smoothly for the families, in a practical sense. Not having worrying about finances as yet another worry to add to their burden. Money in no way lessens the pain of their loss, but it's just one less thing.

And BK was the cause of all those awful things and should have paid for all their expenses related to them. But since he didn't, he should be made to pay them back now. Very simple. What could be controversial or in question about that?

good info. just wondering; my only knowledge of heroin is from movies & tv, and that always seems to show heroin users as sleepy, lethargic. does it create a stupor similar to opium? if so, I can't see it spurring BK into such a frenzied attack.

I would bet he was abusing Adderall.

Nor I. This took a sound mind, coordination, dexterity, stamina, etc. I tend to believe he was not under the influence, but if he was, it would have been a stimulant.

I'm getting this 😑 Is there any other way to access the new documents do you know please? I can't recall having any issues with links previously but here in the UK we have a whole bunch of new online "safety" poo which could be the reason View attachment 620536
Ditto. I'm in Aust and also used to be able to access the Cases of Interest page. I now use this Google Drive web archive link.

You have to scroll down to locate all the newly released/previously sealed documents, including the State's Trial Exhibit List. They are marked red as "new".

Once you find the doc you want, click on the link. You are lead to a page with a PDF link. Click on that and the doc comes up.

I wonder if this link could be listed at the head of each thread here. But if not, just book mark the link. It is updated whenever new stuff is unsealed.

I’m wondering if he drank a lot of energy drinks or coffee.

I’m wondering if he drank a lot of energy drinks or coffee.

I had that same thought. Using/abusing caffeine.

But nothing that explains his protracted ambushed and the violence then inflicted. Like bath salts without the bath salts, stopping short of eating faces. Vicious killer. Although the ultimate act spanned mere minutes, it was an unrelentling, sustained campaign of destruction, capped with a grotesque selfie of satisfaction. He delights in evil.

Demented soul.

With opiates it depends I think where they are in addiction..some use meth and then use heroin to come down so they are then crashing for days..a friend of mine became an addict and went from being a beauty queen to a complete zombie , un recognizable..so sad.

but he could def be doing adderall..and he could definitely be dabbling..I have heard that some people get a big rush of energy from heroin even after nodding out..and also I think it depends how much of these drugs you are ingesting..I think they would have said he was being treated for his drug addiction in prison. so it could be he was dabbling and not in an addiction cycle yet. there are tell tale facial expressions on users...when you have been around them enough you recognize it..it can be subtle..I think pupils will always tell a story though if you pay attention. mOO

I don’t think he was taking any type of stimulant or other drugs. I think years of built up rage in him exploded that night of the murders. He’d been rejected all his life by young, beautiful girls like Kaylee, Maddie and Xana. They always had young handsome popular boyfriends, like Ethan.

He’d failed as a TA and was getting fired from that position, and was to lose out on obtaining his PhD. Another failure.

Although BK is very mentally ill, in my opinion he is evil. I am a person that firmly believes evil exists incarnate. Maddie, Kaylee, Xana and Ethan encountered it that night when BK slithered into their home.

Nope, I don’t believe any drugs coursed through BK’s veins that night, but evil rage sure did.

all of this is true and also it can all be true at once...we probably will never know because addicts are liars and we all can see that
Bryan will not tell anyone what he did or why etc. at trial he was allowed to totally skate past making any kind of admissions about his horrific actions. IMO he has been treated with kid gloves and I'm still shocked by the deal he made/manipulated. mOO
