I was hoping to read explanations from different members on what Alivea was talking about without watching that video up above. But it looks like, to understand it better, I'm going to have to watch it. I really don't want to.

I watched Alivea's original TikTok that they're discussing in the Entin clip.

I believe her main point was to dispel some rumors and/or misinterpretations of the information that's been released. Regarding the "experimental" injuries - investigators explained to her that injuries that would traditionally be "defensive" (cuts to hands etc.) weren't necessarily defensive in this situation. Understandably, she doesn't go into too much detail.

It sounds like, while the gag order and ultimate plea deal were frustrating for the family, Alivea was satisfied with her meeting with the investigators and the information they have, public or otherwise.

It's disgusting that the convicted murderer filed this motion. He's crying about himself, again, he has no remorse for what he did; and he will never tell anyone why he did the brutal murders (he doesnt even know the why) of four innocent victims. He destroyed many lives, he changed Xana, Madison, Kaylee, and Ethan lives forever. They will never be able to have their own families, build careers, live their lives, because of what this murderer did. No future. They are in loving spirit with their loved ones. jmo

Yet, he gets to continue the games... this should have been over w/plea deal.

He wants an opportunity to get out of prison (going to court) for some time because he cant take the heat in prison. If he ever does a book it will be all lies. My opinion, y'all.

BK is destitute and the families will never see a dime from him, regardless, but he's just filing stuff to be filing it, to stay in the news and to torture the families more.
