I agree on this. I wonder if MN didn't say to them that he'd represent GA but since CA keeps running her mouth there isn't anything he can do to help her :bang:

I don't think LA is a fool if he doesn't have a lawyer. If he tells the truth and doesn't have anything to hide, he doesn't need a lawyer.

He thinks the truth is Caylee is alive and he sure did put a stop to the family from submitting DNA on their own. That sure does sound like someone hiding something.

If she has it has not been released. The FBI is another ball field than LE. They will not divulge this information to anyone. I too agree but we just don't know. With them making this statement, it invited the FBI into the case. Which was not to smart on their part.

IMO, If Casey did speak with the FBI I think we would have heard about it by now. Either from a reporter or Cindy, that way she could tell the public Casey did co-operating with law enforcemnt.

Let me add a few other thoughts in addition to yours. What would LE have to gain by this? How can they be corrupt when we all heard everything straight from Casey's own mouth? The Anthony's requested the FBI be brought in yet that still isn't good enough. Their test results are hocus pocus. LE being corrupt, incompetent, etc. is exactly what Cindy and Casey want the world to believe. When George was interviewed he admitted Cindy was telling mistruths to the media and totally out of line. He himself said that she got worse if he tried to interfere. LE were the ones to point out that it is about Caylee and not the media circus Cindy was creating.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks this theory is improbable in this particular case. The same defense was tried in the Scott Peterson trial. Didn't work for them it isn't going to work here.

Count me in, too. I don't believe for one minute this case has anything to do with LE corruption.

I love that we can agree to disagree but I'm almost 100% positive that LA has not had a lawyer or is switching between lawyers. He thinks he is smart enough to not retain one. Just like he did some investigation on his own on behalf of the A's.

IMO, if LA has a lawyer, he has the ONLY one in Orlando who is part of this sorry mess and does NOT want to have 15 minutes of fame. lol

But seriously, I think we would have heard from his lawyer in regards to LA not giving a dna sample.

But yes, eventually after the A's mentioned speaking to the FBI, JB did state he did not want her "to tell her defense" to anyone. I'm sorry but my child is more important than my defense. It's sad to think that just because you give birth to a child doesn't make you a mother.

I really have not been able to understand how the A's (KC included) have gotten so far without being thrown in an interrogation room for hours on end until they spilled what they knew.

How about the real deal for a change? If you don't know where Caylee is, then say it and let's get KC to talk. Stop babying the jailbird, make her talk, find Caylee, one way or another, and end the madness.

I know we all love Yuri and I think that the initial interrogations of KC were great but after that, they just mellowed way too much for my taste.

These are my thoughts and have been for quite awhile. Why did they not get
to the nitty gritty in the CA and GA interrogations?? I know know they wouldnt be interviewed w/o MN being there, but before he came on board there was WAY TOO MUCH coddling of the A's by LE!! Especially since they were just as big a part of Caylee's life as Casey was---if not bigger!

I know how you feel. I have a 22 year old daughter. I would have tracked her down pronto 9and have in the past!). No way would she go and "disappear" on me...text messages or no text messages. I just don't get it...never did.

yes, I had a 22 year old too with a grand son. and there no way this would went this long. and she knows I would never protect her if something was to happen to my grandson. This is why this case has my blood boiling. and she lie pretty good too. but i always catch her. so ca know that ka is lying. no mother wouldn't know.

Momma - I know. I have made the same point myself. Either through her statement that she would only speak to the FBI or her "story" about a kidnapping, KC and what she has said, is the only reason that the FBI is there!
