Imagine knowing that your daughter has been dead for hours...and then being forced to go and look at her. I agree with you....no wonder she had to be dragged.
yep,she just couldn't stand to see her like that again.

I also don't think she displays the right amount of shock, horror, and concern over hearing evidence of prior molestation.
A parents instinct is to jump off the couch and run like hades when a scream is heard. You're mind is on your missing baby and you are on alert at all times. She did not want to see JonBenet again but she knew that was part of the plan. She sat there for hours wondering what she would say when JonBenet was discovered...."Jesus you raised Lazarus, please raise my baby!"
The ransom letter pointed to employee/employees of AG...John had his speech ready..."It's an inside job"
I just don't understand why PR never rushed to JB. Like you all here, I would have gone to my child, I wouldn't have thought about it, my body would have been in motion before my brain kicked in. Mothers just react like that! Probably fathers do as well, I have seen my husband move pretty darn quick when one of our girls have hurt themselves. There is NO excuse in the world for her not getting up, NONE!! Interesting how she explains it away though.
(I haven't seen this before it is from ACandyRose, sorry if you have discussed it somewhere else here, I am still trying to read everything I can)

COURIC: Patsy, when did you learn that John had found JonBenet?
Ms. RAMSEY: Well, at the--I was in--when I heard him scream, I was standing in the little den. And I just heard this blood-curdling scream. And, you know, I said, 'What, what is it?' And my friend made me--made me stay in that room. She said, 'Wait, don't--don't, just wait.' And I kept just struggling and finally, you know, went into the living room, and John was standing there with Linda Arndt. And--and I looked down and there she--she was lying there.
Someone made her stay put and was holding her back? I wonder who this someone was and if they were ever questioned about their version of events? I for one don't believe that little story. I am pretty sure there was some discussion about if JR screamed that morning somewhere on a thread here. In that interview she is saying that he did.
Toltec, the description that you gave about Fleet and Barbara was incredibly visual for me. Those poor people, I just cant imagine how how much that would have affected them. The more I read the more I am seeing how many people's lives were ruined. It is heartbreaking!
Just wanted to add, on page three of that transcript PR admits that she dyes JB's hair.
http://www.acandyrose.com/03222000ramseytodaypt3.htm
COURIC: Did you highlight her hair even? Or...
Ms. RAMSEY: Sure, yeah. I highlighted it gently to try to blend it a little bit. Yeah.
These people were, gee there is no one word for what I think!
JMO
some think she cried over the crown in the photo,bc she starts to cry after seeing/saying 'a crown',but I have to wonder if the red shirt contributed to it.It couldn't have helped.
I think anyone would have cried looking at the shirt and the crown. But Thomas believes the shirt had something to do with the death. He believes Patsy was having a hard day from the morning and he shows the picture of Patsy holding JonBenet by the arm - he sees it as controlling her and he is emphatic about it.
it sounds like it has evidence on it,like where the collar was stretched and twisted when she was manually strangled..which is in one of the reports in ST's book.bc it is thought the abrasions were left at the time she was strangled with the shirt collar.I think the turtle neck was involved somehow if only because it was thrown in a ball. Maybe Patsy pout it on her and she took it off and threw it on the floor in a ball. Or Patsy pulled it off her and threw it in a ball on the floor. Either way, it is sad.
I have been reading Patsy's interview and noted that when asked about the red sweater in the bathroom, she broke down and cried. Patsy said that she had wanted JonBenet to wear it to the White's house for Christmas dinner. I believe I had read somewhere else that the red sweater caused friction between Patsy and JonBenet because Patsy wanted her and JonBenet to dress alike that evening and JonBenet refused to wear it. I wonder if the red sweater attributed toward the terrible event that followed that evening.
The theory that the "stun gun" marks were made by a crown is also a possible reason for Patsy breaking down when seeing one...but knowing Patsy's penchant for pageants, she probably started crying at the sight of the crown because it reminded her her days as a pageant mom were over.

I know, and I've only seen pics where that part's been cut out, does anybody know if the full photo can be found somewhere online,or is that evidence being held back? I remember him saying she was holding tightly onto JB's arm Christmas morning in the photne has to wonder why a video of that morning likely disappeared as well.

One of the more frustrating things about reading the LE interviews with PR is that SO many breaks are taken just at the point where the interviewer is zeroing in on a specific topic. Then there is a break (usually called for by Team R) and then when questioning resumes, it's on another topic completely. They never come back to the original point.
The only things I remember seeing about the red turtleneck was PR saying in an interview that she had argued with JBR over wearing it, with PR wanting her to match the red shirt/ black velvet pants she was wearing herself, and JBR refusing. She agreed to the black pants but insisted on the white sequined shirt. Now remember this is PR saying JBR wore the white shirt she was found in to the White's. ST says she did indeed wear the red shirt, and though the photos have never been made public, ST saw them, so that is why he says that. The red turtle neck was found soaking in a sink outside JBR's room. This is not to be confused with the red JUMPSUIT which was seen on an ironing board, and which PR mentions as a "little Christmas thing" JBR wore to perform at a Mall with some of her "pagaent girls".
If she was indeed wearing the red shirt at the White's, obviously PR said she wore the white one to back up her statement that JBR was put to bed still asleep and PR only removed her black pants and pulled on the long johns.
