Yesterday, a friend and I drove around looking for interesting, old buildings to photograph. We came upon one old, abandoned house in a fairly remote area- no other structures nearby. We're very used to finding graffiti of a sexual nature, but what we found here was very disturbing.
I'd like to start a Thread to see what other members think about what we found. Is it ok to post pics with primitive 'dirty' drawings and language? Should I cover certain parts of the photos that might be offensive? If it's ok to post, should I put some kind of warning in the Thread title?
Obviously, for sleuthing purposes, the more information that's available, the more likely that clues will be discovered. Could you just let me know what types of photos are allowed? Thx!
Help mods,, I'm being redirected to the site bad oink directly from we sleuths to the apple
istore. This happened yesterday and today on two separate occasions. Are you being hacked!? Because it feels like this isn't a secure site, safari went on its own to sm linkersite. For real. And, no one has access to my device and
doesn't wk for me lol. Anyone else being redirected directly from web sleuths? I nd to knw.
We told the State Police when we got to the next (larger) town. The pics show clothing tacked and hung on a wall with comments written next to them- insinuating that their 'brother' or 'son' had sex with them. Please do not post photos like that on WS. It might be an idea to contact your local law enforcement though?

What if I just took out the comments in photoshop? It's the actual display that is the most troubling. I've never come across anything like it. Or what about the Thread without any photos at all? Can I do that?
I'm having some issues with Tapatalk. All of a sudden in the past 20 minutes or so I've started recording push notifications to every post I've ever replied in. Basically if anyone responds to a post my phone alerts both in and out of the tapatalk app. I love me some websleuths but its a bit distracting.
I use tapatalk 99% of the time (can't recall the last time I used a PC to connect) so I'm sure I haven't changed my settings. I can't find a way to stop them! Any insight or help?
There is discussion about it here: Tap talk app update needed - Websleuths Crime Sleuthing Community
I used Tapatalk2 and it's running fine so far. (Knock on wood!)
Hello I was hoping to get some advice/opinions in the recent death of my little sister, which is being ruled a suicide even though she spent the evening with her boyfriend, who is from a prominent family that has roots running deep in the county's history. Could someone point me in the right direction and give me some general advice about where/how to post a thread about this? Thanks in advance.
-Steve
Me too. I see the obit and reprints in various places but, as the case may be sensitive in nature due to the cause of death being ruled a suicide, MSM reports may be hard to come by as many venues do not publish the victim's name in a case of that nature.I'm having a very hard time finding that. Her name was Cassie Rocks and her body was found in Jefferson Texas on September 12th. I can't find anything online about it.
