I don't think I've seen that image so clear. Is that the back of the 3rd kitchen stool in the lower right hand corner?

Thank you, Tortoise. I see that mop handle, too. PR identified the coat on the back of one chair as hers, with fur on it. Badger, as was found at the crime scene?

I guess it’s only on cops shows when special light can reveal traces of blood even after foot traffic and mopping might be expected to remove all of it. I have a feeling something happened in the kitchen that caused JBR’s head injury. Someone has posited that she was dragged to the wine cellar from there, which would explain the extreme tightness of the garrotte and its apparent upward pressure, but really, wouldn’t it have been far easier to carry her — unless you were yourself not much weightier? That’s a tickmark in the BDI column but I still think it was a family affair, with PR taking the risky role over coverer-in-chief.

Me too! I am creeped out by the shower and laundry room. Maybe they are haunted. I think she was taken down there naked and locked in a cabinet or something. Forced to stay down there at night alone as punishment for wetting her bed.
I really don’t get a good feeling when I see these pictures.

Me too. I remember watching the radar online video, and I literally got the chills when they showed one of the closets down there; I can't remember which one exactly now, but I'll never forget that feeling.

Also, I believe the coat closet, had a lock on the outside of the door. Now, why in the hell would you ever need a lock on the outside of a closet door?

This room, commonly referred to as the den or the TV room. Does anyone know where the TV was?

oh, I've just thought it's probably along the right side of this picture, out of shot, because the white skirting around the bottom of the wall seems to be cut off by a piece of furniture.

887sMtreme,
In one of Tricia's Podcasts she interviews Kolar, and he says he thinks it all kicked off in the breakfast bar ending up with JonBenet in the wine-cellar.

Kolar refused to go into detail, citing litigation issues. yet Kolar does not address why JonBenet had her hair dressed for bed. He will have seen the photographs taken at the White's so will know how JonBenet's hair was styled, like the Bloomingdale Wednesday size-6 underwear Kolar is silent which must mean JonBenet's hair was styled differently and BPD know there is a missing pair of size-6 Bloomingdales, else we would have been told by now, as the information is incidental.

Meaning JonBenet might have been in bed when assaulted wearing the same pajama set she wore the night before, the pink pajama bottoms are still missing, these are the ones Patsy could not find when she was putting JonBenet to bed.

That room has been confusing for me. It's the best place for a family TV. The north wall contained shelves that contained knick knacks, but for a TV they'd have to be wide shelves with maybe an entertainment center.

TT: Normally, do you do a walk through to kind of make sure the doors are locked?

JR: No, I don’t normally. The normal doors that we used to go in and out of the house were the garage door, the door to the garage and the door out in the hallway, the back hallway, and I would usually look to see if that door is locked, because that was the typical one the kids went in and out of.

TT: The back one out by the study area?

JR: Right, TV room.

TT: (Inaudible)

JR: The TV room, out by the study area . . .

TT: Okay.

JR: . . .the back hallway. But uh, I might have looked at the door that night, checked it normally I don’t specifically recall it . . .

Then John talks about going upstairs to the TV room to get a blanket to cover JB. He's on the 1st floor at the time.

--

20 So when I first found her I was like,

21 (Thank God, I found her.̃ I didn't want Patsy to

22 see her that way, and I ran upstairs and got a

23 blanket off one of the chairs, I think, it's got

24 a little shape like.

25 LOU SMIT: Upstairs?

0169

1 JOHN RAMSEY: Probably up in the TV room.

2 I just ran up these stairs and went back down and

3 put the blanket over her.

--

He went upstairs to the TV room and then back down. They used different names for the same rooms sometimes so it does get confusing.

When he brought JBR up from the basement Linda Arndt told him to go to the den and call 911, to ask for detectives and a coroner to be dispatched.

Only, he didn’t. I wonder why.

Strange that he would leave behind a blanket in the cellar but then immediately go to find a different one.

Yes, but he had to make it really creepy. He had to find the blanket with pineapples and hearts to tie together the theme of the murder.

For those of you who don't notice the details, the heart was sharpied on her hand in red and the pineapple was in her stomach. The sweatshirt that was thrown over her wasn't a scarlet letter 'A'. It was white with the Avalanche white 'A'. The blanket had a heart shapes and pineapple shapes printed on it. Of course the breakfast nook's wallpaper had prints of pineapples on the wall and there was a bowl of pineapple on the breakfast room table.

hearts were in her room.

I am not sure what was drawn on her palm.

I am not sure possibilities available but hearts and pineapples were probably not connected with JBR but with a crime scene.

I think I saw some more hearts but it could be this chair and shadows on it.

Was it a lie that Pam picked up JBR's medal from her bedroom?

DOI: "she quickly stepped under the police tape into the room"

Huh? Maybe that is just another embellishment and the medal was in the playroom with the trophies.

We saw the crime tape cut by the police videographer and there would be no point in them sealing up the room again once the whole house became a crime scene.

I suppose I was just wondering if JR pocketed the medal before he left the house but now I think it probably was in the playroom close to the bedroom where the burial dress was located with her pageant dresses.

One of the news stations shot the photo of JR leaving the residence the afternoon of the 26[SUP]th[/SUP]. In the attached photo, he is seen about to climb into the white van taking him to the F’s home and it appears he is wearing JB’s medal. Second photo is a closer view of the medal which he holds up for inspection on the Joni Lamb program. The DOI tale of the medal grabbed by PP is pure fantasy. (IMO)

Thank you qft.

It'd be really great if you or anyone knows where I can view the original of that footage or news report. I've seen it (but didn't think to save it) and I need confirmation of the date and location. Thanks if anyone can help.

questfortrue,
Just what is this medal business all about? Who reckons its for show, where is Patsy's medal or did she leave holding one of JonBenet's trophies?

Looks like JR is playing to the camera.
