Too bad their families can't get them committed for evaluation. There is something so very sad about this. I am convinced they are on serious drugs or both seriously mentally ill.

I agree. Here's an article from the latest issue of Vanity Fair. I wish somehow they could be physically separated from eachother and get some help. I also can't decide if it's drugs, mental illness, or both.

Anyone see that movie called Bug with Ashley Judd? Great movie about crack heads getting very paranoid. If this were mental illness it would have to be both of them. I'm thinking the common link is actually drugs. Then throw in one being mentally ill and you got the oddest delusion ever heard of.

When I saw this thread had been necro'd my first thought was that I would come here and read that "cousin Eddie" was dead or was in a standoff somewhere with SWAT.

These people need serious help. Very sad to read they still haven't gotten it. :shakehead:

And I agree, much more likely that this is drug fueled by possible mental illness of one of the two parties. Eventually I am convinced I will read these two are dead in some bizarre fashion. Again, very sad.

Randy Quaid appeared before the Immigration and Refugee Board in Montreal today after being arrested last week

Quaid was picked up on a warrant from January 2013 for not complying with the conditions of his Canadian residence

He was released on $10,000 bond, which was paid by his Canadian father-in-law

Quaid and his wife Evi fled to the country in 2010 after being wanted on multiple charges in the United States

They were charged with vandalism and residential burglary when the were discovered illegally living in their former guest house
