Determining whether a drug was used 30 years ago would be impossible. Determining what the drug was would be impossible. I don't believe LE will not waste one second investigating such allegations without evidence other than a statement from someone who 30 years later "remembers" the pill was yellow or pink or blue. The stories have gone from ridiculous to absurd. JMHO
The alleged BC accounts didn't happen in a vacuum and if true, some of women stated others were around as it happened to them and may have participated in it. I will re-state it is difficult, but not impossible for LE to track down types of drugs JMO and theoretically. Of course, I don't think alleged victim's memory alone could be used to determine a pill but I think + a drug dealer testimony+ expert pharma + and/or a male friend testimony corroborating the type of drugs used if present as some of the women claims other men were. And even if LE investigation doesn't go anywhere, it doesn't mean the allegations against BC aren't true. You put a lot of faith that there weren't/aren't other witnesses or evidence if allegations true. Jmo. btw- I like all your "trigger" words "My Belle" (absurd, conjuring, and ridiculous) not sure if you're directing it at me or insulting alleged victims, but it's Classy.
And while a tabloid may have found someone who supplied Cosby with 'ludes, a prescription sleeping pill, there still has to be evidence Cosby gave it to the woman maliciously since the woman evidently asked for something for her headache. He didn't force her to take it, whether it be an aspirin or 'lude and apparently she woke up in bed with someone other than Cosby. Where is the crime?
You are suggesting that there is nothing wrong with someone giving a different drug to someone that causes them incapacitation and they wake up next to someone that they had previously turned down sexual advances when sober. I think if the allegations are true, it's possible that the men may lie about sexual assault. Jmo but there is something wrong ethically, morally and depending on other facts criminally. I have a problem with this line of thinking in the same way I have a problem with Cee-Lo Green's tweets/justifications. http://www.thefrisky.com/tag/cee-lo-green/
I think if allegations are true and BC doesn't ever get criminally charged, he will mentally suffer just the same. The truth always sets one free. But unfortunately I don't think it's a legally/or/morally positive should the allegations be true and nothing be done.
