I would find it very hard to believe that the organs were not needed...

I just re-read an earlier statement made by the Coronado Police...they said that Max was found "at the bottom of the stairs".

I was wondering the same thing but then I came across this statement about him being found at the bottom of the stairs. If he had fell from the upper level he would have hit chandelier and possibly the table...

If he hit the table on the way down... I would think it would have actually cut his head open. We have not heard about a head wound, or bleeding, or a broken neck. I was assuming a closed head injury.

There are so many possibilities to this. He could be one of the 20 children who die everyday from heart issues... and his heart could have stopped and he could have fallen down the stairs/off the railing when he collapsed.

If he had a previously undiagnosed heart defect it would make his heart not suitable for transplant. It also might have affected his lungs as well.

I guess it is also possible that in treating him they somehow damaged organs.

What party would be most "upset" - Dina or Jonah or both?

What party would benefit the most if RN was no longer in the picture?

These two tragedies are so close together - they must be linked

I think the family knew on Monday, shortly after Maxie's admission to the hospital, that he was "brain dead". I think he was kept of life supports for the family to come to grips with the situation and make necessary arrangements for the organ donations.

So the questions is, which party was angry enought over Maxie's situation to want to "punish" RN?

I'm leaning toward DS...she was set to lose the most money (alimony/child support)....but merely speculation

The information about the 13-year-old actually being RN's sister was reported on Vinnie's show by that S L O W - speaking female reporter, who assured us that her sources are impeccable. Or impeachable. Or something like that.

I tend to believe initial information, which did not have a spin put on it yet.

The girl probably was GS, Maxie's half-sister.

I think it may have been Rebecca's sister. I do find the reporter on HLN very in the know. Imo, she has inside contact with some of the police officers handling the case.

Exactly. None of us know the particulars or what the investigation showed once they arrived upon the scene. We really have no clue exactly what the medics did or didn't do when arriving either.

We really don't know the 'rope' in question was an electrical cord (that came from the media) or some other type of makeshift rope used. We don't know if rigor was present or not when LE first arrived. During a LE investigation the body is not removed for many hours. We have no idea how long Rebecca had laid there until the media helicopter arrived and took the aerial view.

Is it possible when she jumped over the balcony that the rope began to sag some from the weight and it pitched her body more to one side and that is how one of her legs became crooked because it rested on the ground some? Possible, imo but we just don't know because we have no clue how long she had been dead when found.

We haven't been on those grounds......talked to LE or know what they know or showed them what was found where and what a person did once finding her.

We are only left to guess because LE isn't going to disclose any of those particulars to the media in an ongoing investigation.

Supposing she did go over the balcony her mass would have increased slightly with the acceleration of the fall (9.8 m per second per second), & the cord or rope might experience some elasticity at the end of the fall...it's possible that she could have hit the ground, but it would be good to know the material, the length and the distance.

I am not sure anyone turned into a murderer.

If Dina did do this it didn't have a thing to do with losing money but losing her beloved son.

I think Rebecca could have just as easily wanted to punish herself if she felt she was responsible for Max's death.

1:00 AM would be very early Wednesday morning. RN's body discovered about 5 3/4 hours later.

When I read this a long way back in the thread it seemed odd to me. He sold stock and stock options and put some in trusts for the children. What's up with that?

It's not unusual at all for executive to rebalance their assets from time to time. The executives of public companies generally get stock options as part of their yearly salary or contract. The options generally have some sort of waiting period, if you will, before they can be sold. He had over 1.2m shares and only sold 1/3 of his holdings.

In the chart at the link below, if you notice the stock had a downturn that bottomed out sometime, I think, in early 2009 with the rest of the stock market. Although at one time a few years ago it was priced at a high of $40 @ share or so and down to $16 + change, it had a rebound with the rest of the market in 2010 and during the sales period it most likely took him to sell his (and other executives as well) shares, the lower 'macd' chart was on an upward trend. He sold his shares, for I THINK, in the average of $26 range. He was shoring up profits.

So, it was just a financial strategy and he's most likely accumulated more shares since he sold in 2010.

I'm really rusty on this, but it made sense to me. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable in these things could explain it more clearly.

I'll be anxious to see what LE comes up with once they get the forensic results back. This mystery is very confusing with all the players and the circumstances and everyone scattering for the hills!

He's a teenager and may have had other plans. May have wanted to spend the summer with friends, or doing something else. Or maybe he was there and just flew back for a week or two to attend some events with friends.

In my experience teenage half/step siblings definitely do not always come and visit at the exact same time. They have more of a life and more of an opinion in when and where they go.

I don't find that odd.

I cringe a bit when they start talking abut neurotoxins! DISCLAIMER: I haven't done nearly enough research on this to know what I am talking about or if it's important, but maybe a cosmetic alterations business timeline would be good!

But Reloxin was okayed by the FDA in April 2009 IIRC. It may have taken longer because of possible safety concerns with similar products (but that actually worked in favor of Allergan). I now have a huge headache.

Lots of speculation in last thread about "planking" and/or "owling" having been involved in MS' fall with the resulting MS having been fatally injured and GS "injured".

I don't think we've seen any MSM confirmation of this .... yet ?

Didn't DS and JS have 3 kids? I know I read that he had 3 kids - but were they all from DS? I think so. With that she still has 2 children that are heirs. Even so, if RN would have married him - those 2 would have been moved down the chain.

I'm pretty sure they only had Max... the other two kids are from his first wife, Kimberly James, and are 13 and 14 years old. Kimberly James is married to Ian James, race car driver who is originally from England. Some of that was presented previously because LE initially said a girl was sent to SC. It seems the James' are associated with both SC and AZ Addresses.
