I'm in a holding pattern waiting for what LE says. I have my theory established and the suspected account. I have left clues in some of my posting as to some of the circumstances from which I derived my conclusion.

After it is said and done I will point those out.

If I posted my theory I will surly be attacked as it happens just from me not believing AS account I can just imagine what would happen if I posted what I thought in detail.

The reason I give out the pointers as it seems, is that a lot of facts that are pertinent for the case is not discussed or I missed the discussion. So I throw it out there with limited input in hopes that someone picks up it, if they do then I know its not me running off on a tangent. Just a self check

Even the media was played and did not know it. I will point that out too (at a later date)

..we were "spoiled" with the caylee case----with 'doc dumps' of discovery/the florida sunshine laws ( to the tune of over 27,000 pages ) to "work with".

..here, no-one has yet been charged with a crime, and so we wait.

..i do not follow at all your "giving clues", that you will "point out to us at a later date", yet you are hoping that some do "pick up on those clues " now.

..i guess if that's your method of posting, so be it.

I totally agree with you. We had our two neutered/spayed and that helped considerably with the agressiveness but they are still strong, playful dogs that like to jump and swim and chew. They ate the drywall in our laundry room and figured out how to unscrew the infant gate across the door. They are adorable looking puppies and children do love them. When ours were pups, the neighbor kids would come over and play with them. That ended when the pups got stronger than the kids. We have no young kids in our household and would not recommend this breed be around kids. The fact that RN wanted to place the dog outside of the house is a clue to me that the dog played a part in Maxie's injury.

It doesn't even have to be a big, rowdy dog to cause an accident, just a playful, excitable one. I was holding a two-month-old when the family's Border Collie/Boston ran in between my legs, tripped me, and sent me to the floor on my back. I was conscious of holding the baby snugly against my chest, so she wouldn't be hurt. Neither of us was, although the baby was startled into bawling. The energetic little dog was just chasing after one of his toys.

Hence, I can see the dog darting toward the child and making him tumble.
So very sad.

I get tripped by my 15 pound Beagle... and our kitten all the time. Sometimes I trip over some invisible ghost animal or something...

I had a 75 pound lab/retriever/mountain dog mix that was VERY careful to stay out of everyone's way. I never tripped over her once.

It just depends on the dog's personality, the kid's personality, the set up of the house (maybe the dog wasn't even allowed in the same part as the child?)

So many factors...

with RN. I personally know many mother's who drop off their kids at their dad's house for the weekend and don't realize dad has to work or has plans that do not inlcude his children. These kids are then left with the new girlfriend, step mom etc and the dad has no idea the resentment this causes between the child and new girlfriend and "real" mom and girlfriend. This scenario plays out in many ways but in my experience the younger the child the more abuse they suffer at hands of girlfriend/stepmom.

So DS could have thought MS was spending a wonderful weekend at JS's house WITH JS and not just RN- of course until she found out MS was in hospital.

I am a mandated reporter and thus have had to make calls for over 20 years and NOT once was it NOT the stepmom/new girlfriend or stepdad/new boyfriend.

I was so looking forward to this new conference and was hoping the family could shed some light on this case. But when I was reviewing the article, I noticed

I searched everyone on the internet for those references and came up with nothing. So that theory died. But it's still worth something if anyone can find that he did in fact make those bitter sounding comments.

At this point, I'm going to say he had nothing to do with it...and I feel bad for him.

Seems that NN was receiving all his information from RN or her family (if he stayed in contact with them).

I wouldn't think NN and JS ran in the same social circles.

Did anyone ever find the final divorce decree for NN and RN? I wonder if they were to each pay a part of the joint credit card and that is why he talked to her?

However IMO we have to keep in mind that we can not be sure that they were actually "friends" just because the kept contact. They could as well have kept in contact because of whatever problems between them.

And even though NN may have expressed positive statemens about his x-wife that does not mean that he neccessarily meant it.
In lots of cases were a husband or x-husband have turned out to be the culprit they have previously said all kinds of nice things about the missing/murdered wifes/x-wife.

I´m not sure if this court record is about the actual divorce, I´m not very good at reading this kind of things.
If somone can explain this court record please share.

I believe that DS and JS knew the medical outcome of Maxie on Monday. He was found unresponsive and not breathing. From everything I have read he was on life support on Monday. I'm sure DS was notified by attending physician that Maxie was not going to recover. She is having to be at the hospital with her ex (they have a documented abusive relationship) and who knows what he is ranting about.....

My point was DS was going to lose $$$$. And I would think that DS is going to blame RN for her son's condition and her decrease in income.

But you are right, Maxie was still on life supports on Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning....

Someone asked about DS house in Coronado; It is owned by a trust fund/company of JS.......I can try to find link if needed..

I don't think DS was or is thinking about $$$$ then or even now. I suspect she is still greiving, poor thing. That being said, when the dust settles, DS may go after JS in a civil suit, claiming Maxie's death was due to his or his babysitter/girlfriends negligence.

Yes, it is an old article; I only posted (I should have deleted the news conference info) it because it mentions the sibling in Germany since one of the WS was looking for it. That's all I could find (so far) on the mention of a sibling in Germany.

lauriej my theory cuts to the bone. Just based on your response to this trivial issue you would have a fit if I were to post it so to avoid the issue I just wait where as the media would say it not me and I avoid the negative backlash

Theforeigner can you check something out. It appears that the FPS (frames per second) in the videos will distorts and leaves the alleged rope from the balcony missing.

Can you catch the frame where to rope can be seen (I cannot understand why that happens Note) but the rope drapes in an obscure position which would have the body behind the shrubbery. There is a pipe or branch that looks as if it could be something to stand on.

Top image--

Notice the Black article behind the table along the wall. It is unknown if it is weight bearing but could be used to stand on.

But the important issue is the alignment of the rope, shrubbery and wall. RN would have to stand in side of the shrubbery to be aligned with the rope.

With the number of abnormalities AS would have to map a number issue together to be consistent with the evidence at hand. That would be very difficult to do.

So many simple answers could eliminate the suicide/homicide question, we just can't get it. Length of rope, height of cut and simple aspect as to the dirt on her feet.
