That is why the warning on the labels encourages you to use many cleaning products in a ventilated area and NOT to combine them.

None of them list pure, 100% pure chloroform as an ingredient. By-the-way....don't ever, ever mix chlorine bleach and ammonia together. It is a deadly combination. The gases will literally kill you before you can clean up the mess. In fact I never mix bleach with anything.

There were no such cleaning fluids in the trunk of KC's car. GA when detailing KC's car would never use anything that would have put Caylee in harm's way, ever. They just would not do it. jmo

For me I have to look at this case from a common sense approach. I have no LE, scientific background to pull from. I had to rely on the experts and the evidence alone. The prosecutions experts outweighed the defense. Seems JB found well known but sometimes very mature, borderline senile experts who lacked credibilty by their own testimony.

FCA was the last person seen with Caylee.

Chloroform..An empty gatorade bottle found at the dump site tested positive for chloroform. At least one search on computer for how to make chloroform. Common items found in A home to make chloroform. Chloroform found in trunk.
Dr. Voss form of collection better than the DT expert. Dr. V collected his samples from trunk with liner in trunk. Collected 1 & 2 liter samples. DT expert collected his samples after trunk liner was removed. Collected sample size was pencil size.
Dr. V intention was to test the samples, whether he found alot or no chloroform would make no difference to proving his method of collection to be reliable. DT expert hired to dispute, discredit states expert.
Shockingly high amounts found in trunk. I believe the evidence proved cleaning products used on trunk couldn't produce that level of chloroform found.
IMO..Chloroform could have been dumped directly in trunk as a degreaser, maybe to kill odor. Empty detergent bottle says to me FCA could have used this to kill odor. Common sense tells me FCA used something to kill odor in trunk before she gave up and abandoned the car. Trash left in trunk makes no sense. You bag trash from car and park next to a dumpster but put trash in trunk. I believe this was a feeble attempt to excuse smell in trunk by FCA. Gatorade bottle found in dump site says it's possible Caylee could have ingested chloroform. Gasoline detected in trunk. We know FCA returned gas cans on the 24th, nine days "after" Caylees death.

Dead body in trunk..Caylees hair found in trunk with death band. Two separate cadaver dogs hits on same area in back yard and trunk. Several officers testify to smell in trunk. The amount of time smell continues in trunk.
IMO...The smell of garbage would not stay in trunk for that length of time. So many officers familar with the smell testified. GA admitted to FBI what he thought smell was. CA said in third 911 tape which I believe in her state of mind at that time she was speaking truthfully..smells like there's been a dead body in the d**m car.
The A's crush car because smell was still present, car was unusable plus didn't want to keep car where grandaughters dead body was.
I believe FCA laid Caylee on ground in back yard to bag in "garbage bags" and canvas tote. Caylees hair could have transfered from ground to tote to trunk. Caylees body in trunk of car for 2.5 days. Fluids leak from bags onto trunk liner.

Duct tape..Three pieces of duct tape still attached to Caylees hair plus a fourth found at dump site. Unique brand proves it came from the A house along with blanket, tote, garbage bags, clothes, diaper. Proved to me that someone who lived in A home dumped Caylee in swamp. Mandible still in correct position. FCA "work" clothes found in car. Boots found in car.
IMO...Duct tape used to cover face, keep fluids from escaping, points finger at GA. Shows anger FCA had towards Caylee.
People who kill family often cover the victims face. Three pieces used on Caylee seems excessive, shows anger from FCA to silence Caylee. Unique brand says FCA trying to implicate GA. Fourth piece found at dump site could have been placed on Caylees eyes.

Car...FCA had possession of car the day Caylee died.

FCA...Lies told for 31 days. Never reported Caylee missing, CA did. Lies told to LE to divert attention from herself to a imaginary nanny. Non-exsistent friends, trips, accident, hospital visit to accident victim, searches on computer made by FCA.
Actions by FCA for 31 days after she knew Caylee died.

FCA truth within her lies. I believe FCA killed Caylee with some form of drug, possible chloroform poisoning, drown her in bath tub. Set up backyard scene, pool ladder up to create doubt in CA's mind to who was resposible for Caylee drowning....JMO

With regards to RK.... if it was just some RANDOM guy who came across the remains. That happens. Dog walkers come across bodies on their walks.

BUT RK WAS the Anthony's meter reader. He could walk into the yard no questions asked. No one would think twice if he was in the yard.

He calls the police how many times and how many months apart?

THAT is quite a coincidence don't you think?

LambChop - you are not using those leetle gray cells - The scenario with Caylee drowning would include the fact that OCA laid Caylee out in the sun to dry off after she drowned because we know duct tape will not stick to damp or wet skin.....:waitasec: ....so she busied herself with texting and making phones calls while she waited to bag her...

It would also make sense that this is where the blanket came in to play. FCA has just killed Caylee. I don't think she would have taken time to dry her in the sun but anything is possible with this girl. I noticed how careful FCA was not to use anything from the house that CA would miss in the laundry. This is why I think she chose a pair of shorts too small, the shirt was a clear message to me what FCA thought of Caylee. She could get away with taking the blanket but towels would be missed....JMO

Wasn't the "Win her over" put up after KC did the search on her computer? I thought that was already established???? jmo

I don't think so...I think it was put up on his Myspace early 2008 but not in March..

What I find interesting is WHAT was going on in the A home the week the chloroform searches were done.
I remember reading in docs...that I will go try and find the links for,

Casey wanted to to go out for St Patty's day..she could not..Babysitter Cindy was working late, it was a Monday..On Mondays, Cindy went in early and stayed late because of staff meetings.

That week Cindy closed her bank account(s) leaving Casey with no "income"...boy that must have put a crimp on her lifestyle..but Casey quickly recovered and found another way to obtain funds...she stole from her grandfathers assisted living account

I don't know who I am quoting her...MsM or LG? "quoting" is not quoting the proper poster
anyway....

bbm
That could be true...
In my own experience with my 3 female children and clothing...
Just because an item of clothing indicated 24 months and my child was 3years old did not mean the item of clothing did not fit...
I had clothes that, according to the size, should have been small and not fit my daughter(s) but it did.

if I saw a SKULL... I would harass the cops to get their arses over their and NOW.... and if a child was missing .. I would not let up for a minute....I would drive down to the cop shop and freak until someone went and looked.. if a cop went and could not see what I KNOW I SAW... I would walk with him and shove his face in it... and not to mention drag anyone of the numerous media cameras over to see it!! I would NOT wait months to call again.

His actions ...... are odd... maybe because he has something to hide? Like how exactly did he come across that SKULL and what a COINCIDENCE that he is the A's meter reader!!!!

So do you think RK killed Caylee, or do you think he hid the body and called police to collect some cash? I just want to know what I'm debating here.

CA & GA waited over a month to call for help, and FCA most likely would have never had called - and Caylee was their child and grandchild. Their actions speak much louder to me than anything RK did.

But then, CA has now admitted that they did know where Caylee was, and as CA stated "Caylee was dead, what could they do about it?"

If you think about it... WHAT a set of circumstances.... can you imagine the look on GA's face... when he can't find the bag? What a coincidence that GA is building a cement patio just days after the baby goes missing... what are the odds?

Just wanted to see what was still being talked about. George had nothing to do with this murder.

George had no reason whatsoever to kill this child. He had no reason whatsoever to hide it while his wife has a nervous breakdown on national TV.

I guess anyone can be implicated now that there has been a "not guilty" verdict.

The third 911 call is probably the worst I have ever heard as far as someone breaking down.

I don't understand why something so simple and straightforward has to be turned into what if this and what if that and what a coincidence this is and that is.

KC is a sociopath. She has stolen thousands from this family, from her friends, and has been a KNOWN liar for years and years per Ryan Paisley, family friend. KC hates her mother and hated the attention being given to Caylee and she also wanted to be with Tony who did not want "girl babies" and they make for "ugly children".

It is simple, it is straightforward and no o ne else had anything to do with it.

Although this new poll only has 66 votes, when compared to a similar poll taken just before the trial, the differences from then and now are interesting.

[But what about the kidnapping scenario"]The Mother's statement to co-workers very interesting. Watch GA's face in the prison tapes. He does not realize anyone is watching him as his wife is sitting just in front of him. When his wife mentions drowing his eyes grow huge and he looks shocked... then CA says surprise surprise... sarcastic... because that was the truth?

Thank you for your post. This is only my opinion. I believe CA was involved in the child's death and possibly GA I just don't believe it happened the way the prosecution laid it out. Also RK committed a few crimes.

As far as the kidnapping story, it's been proven that Zanny the Nanny did not exist among other claims made by FCA.

As far as GA big eyes and look of shock, he just had a fit when the media suggested Caylee had drown in the pool and was dead. I think his surprise was that CA actually brought the subject back up to FCA. He was still upset at what happened outside with media and now his wife is repeating the statement made by the media...

How many hair stylist and insurance guys take a pee in the woods?
bang head

FYI- George was not on trial-Casey was on trial. Sadly a murderer walked.

imo

Yes.....and a guy RK's age must pee 40 times a day. Most men that age or older are on Flomax. lol

And let's not forget, RK was honest about that.

Good points.

I do have the theory that the Nanny was invented to protect the baby from GA. If CA was molested by her father she would want to stop GA from babysitting her alone. If she has a fake job and a fake nanny... she can keep CA safe with her and the money she makes goes to pay the nanny.

IMO

JUDGE PERRY SAID-DURING TRIAL- THERE WAS NOTHING THAT POINTED TO GA BEING A CHILD ABUSER.

(Near halloween--the caldrun stirers come out.) :great:

Those are very intresting points....... but it doesn't really matter where my meters are.. it DOES matter where the Anthony's meters are and when Kronk read them.

I had to ask since you proposed that the A's water meter is in the backyard and that RK entered the backyard to read the meter..and that your meter is in the backyard.
I live in Orlando and I will propose that, like most, the A's water meter is not located in the backyard....but on the frontside of the home or by the sidewalk were we also have the reclaimed water meters to read the reclaimed water we use to irrigate our lawns and flowerbeds.

I don't think it proves much because I did not vote and the thread just started. lol

The major differences in the polls to me are that before the trial 93% of the voters believed 1 thru 7 BARD, and only 4 people voted not guilty or 0.51%

Whereas in this current pole only
64% voted 1 thru 7 BARD
and 8 (which is double the other poll with many more voters) chose only 1 thru 4 BARD or 12.12 % which is a percentage that is 24 times higher than the earlier poll. I just find that interesting.

Of course these numbers could change dramatically :)

The Defense had a big list and all the precentages of the amount of chlororform that is emitted by the various items. You have to watch the trial video portion.

All of us here watched every second of the trial! And read every shred of forensic evidence and witness testimony, depositions and Frye hearings. They were all debunked.....the amount of chloroform was enormous - not this teensie weensie amounts the Defense was scrambling to find.

You have remember, too that many of our regular posters that voted before and during the trial are not posting here regularly so it may take some time to get to the end results. jmo
