Anyone care to join me in celebrating a win for the Constitution of the United States with the release of JA's secret testimony (i.e., transcripts), as well as the knowledge that JA, a common criminal convicted of Premeditated, Cruel, Heinous or Depraved First Degree Murder, failed to manipulate the Criminal Justice System again; may she languish in her cell feeling the full weight of the kind of agony, despair, and torment she has heaped upon the Alexander family with her lies and manipulations.

I don't think Beth is on a side. And for me it matters that another atty and very knowledgeable court watcher thinks the 2008 image thing is a big deal and a good appeals issue.

I know it seemed JSS was angry when in the evidentiary hearings she had to instruct JM to turn over the 2008 image immediately. This when BN had yet to turn over the HD image JM had repeatedly requested. JSS had a pretty good sense of what was going on with all things HD at that point, and it mattered to her that the DT didn't have the 2008.

Whether legally relevant or not I don't know, but it is simply the fact of the matter that the 2008 and 2009 images are NOT identical. To say they are in all ways that matter may miss the point.

Trying to look at in the most unbiased way I can. If the 2008 mirror image was listed on an evidence log as it should have been after it was made, no worry. Doesn't seem like that could have happened,or JM would have already swatted away the DT accusation they were unaware of it.

So remind me, how is anyone so sure the DT knew of the image but just never asked for it?

Seems they not only knew of it but when asking for more info about it that the judge at the time deemed their request immaterial based on the testimony given, which as we all now know, reveals that no images had been discovered by either Melendez or Dworkin. In fact, I still haven't heard any testimony that any images have been discovered, irregardless of the fact that KN keeps referring to urls as images.

Did she actually say "cover my tracks" (checks transcript - thanks AZ COA!), yes she did. "Cover my tracks" sure sounds like JA knew she did something "bad" and worth covering up. What happened to being in a FOG and not knowing what the hell had happened?

Oh and I guess this time JW is asking the questions.

Sounds to me like DB was keeping their "affair" hidden too.... he could truthfully spout that they had separate rooms, his son thought of her like an aunt(not a prospective future stepmother, even after how many years??), he claims he told her up front that their was never any intention of him remarrying and iirc she supported that statement, heck I don't even recall any pics of the two of them kissing/cuddling/laying with their head in the other's lap, etc.

Does anyone here really think they are going to start off with all of the lies? No, they are going to work up to it, and strategically weave them in. I would bet that the real big lies are in the second days testimony too, woven in between a ton of boring stuff. MOO
