What Juan was pointing out was that it would of been anyone on the laptop, not just Travis.

Jodi told Det. Flores that on June 4th Travis and him watching photo's (?) on his laptop a the first of the paragraph, then she says it wouldn't work it just clicked in the last part. Jodi went into the windows /vista and how you put your photos in my pictures crap.


In reading the transcripts of Jodi's interrogation - have you noticed how many time Det. Flores sighs after she gets through rambling on?

Yes, we had sex a couple of times. Once was in his bed and once was again downstairs in his office. He was looking at some pictures that I had brought for him, but he has a virus on his computer, so when he clicked the Start menu on Windows XP or Windows 2000 or whatever, you have like My Pictures, My Music, My Computer. You can usually click on My Computer and then go into the disc drive and open that. He clicked the Windows and it come up and none of that My Pictures, My Music, none of that would come up, so he had some kind of virus he was dealing with. His screensaver was a bunch of little bugs eating up the screen. It was just weird, and he said that is from the virus, too. I said, “That’s a cute screensaver,” and he said, “Yeah, it’s my stupid virus.” For some reason, that was frustrating for both of us, because we couldn’t look at the pictures, and they were from a lot of our church history trips which are on my other external drive which I haven’t been able to access for a long time, since after Christmas, because it just quit, and I just haven’t had the money to spend to get all that stuff back.


Whihc one is it ? He was looking at the photos that were on three cd's and then they're flustered because they can't see them.

At one point doesn't she also say that super-critical Travis got mad at her because a disk was scratched and that's why he couldn't see the pictures? So he threw a fit, and the disk, which hit the wall, broke, and part of it ricocheted off the wall and hit Jodi? And she was afraid he was going to body slam her or kick her finger or choke her or whatever, so she bent over his desk so they could have anal sex? Like you do? (I mean like one does, not like you in particular.)

And how can she maintain that visiting Travis was a last minute decision because he begged and pleaded and "guilted" her, while also maintaining that she was bringing him these pictures?

I'm sure Det. Flores' sighs were strategic. Wouldn't a normal person would start to crumble if they were accused of something so awful and the detective interrogating them clearly didn't believe a word they were saying? I don't think the police realized at this point what the extent of Jodi's "abnormality" actually was.

(I thought it was amusing when Jodi started telling Det. Flores about her cat scratching her hands, yadda yadda, and he said, "That's enough about your cat.")

It's the Daily Mail, so.....grain of salt. But if the article is correct, it's what WASN'T stolen that makes it suspicious. Why would your average burglar take a laptop but leave diamond earrings and cash?

I never understand why they wouldn't want her on the stand. She's the one who diagnosed JA with BPD. I guess the potential negatives from having her testify outweigh the good.

I was wondering why Juan was questioning Flores about who had access to Travis's computer on June 1. He asked if Jodi had access, and Flores stated that she did. Then the defense got back up and asked if Jodi was in Yreka on June 1. Why did Juan ask in the first place since he knew Jodi had been in Yreka? Is he going to bring some expert in rebuttal that is going to testify that Jodi had some way to put something on Travis's computer even when she was in Yreka? What day was he testifying about the person not being on the Internet but was moving files to "My Pictures?"

Maybe she sent an email to his Gmail account, and she logged in and launched a site? It can be done remotely, I think.

If it was something she set up on his computer before she left Mesa, sure. I don't use Windows but I know that remote access and VNC exists in almost all operating systems. Usually the remote computer indicates somehow that it's being accessed though. If she was using some kind of "catch your cheating spouse" spyware, I don't know.

This is about WindowsXP Pro. Note that administrator has full access, even remotely.

FYI...on cross Jodi told Juan she did NOT cut herself on a glass.....but on the metal shelf where the glasses were....and she took a photo of it...and asked her boss for a band-aid as she was holding it and putting pressure on "it". But, no incident report on it because it was a small change. So many versions.

I agree. Whatever went on between JM, the judge and ALV was was serious. I know one thing she did that is absolutely outrageous. She approached Travis' sister Sam and tried to talk to her. It was pretty obvious she had a VERY POOR understanding of testifying in court; because, she honest to God seemed to not understand the concept of exploring a hypothetical. Expert witnesses do it all day long in trials. If I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, I would say perhaps she did not know how that is against the rules to talk to a victim's family member.

Setting the rules aside, morally I found it reprehensible. She said something flippant like I am sorry, it is nothing personal I am just doing my job. This is after she just spent days telling the whole world , based on wholly unsubstantiated LIES of Jodi Arias that Sam's brother who she adored was an abuser, a freak, a pedophile and basically opined that whatever happened to him, he had it coming.

Juan was informed of it and my understanding is he and the judge took her to school over it. Nurmi tried to later claim that Juan yelled at her in chambers that day. The judge was having none of that. She said, I want to make it plain and clear on the record that the prosecutor questioning Miss La Violette was IN NO WAY outside of normal decorum. This court finds he had a very valid reason for that line of questioning.

Here is that section of that exchange on that day ( Nurmi had made claims of misconduct due to how Juan handled ALV in chambers and Samuels in an interview. It could be that he also found she had told another lie on the stand or on her CV, but I always felt it was over her doing that to Sam.



To me, it ranked right up there with Gram receiving flowers, on her beloved Travis' birthday from the woman who had butchered him. It was vile.I wouldn't have blamed Sam if she reached out and slapped her in the face. Fortunately, the family has more grace and dignity in their little finger than anyone involved with Jodi Ann Arias could imagine.

Juan said he would take care of it. If she was whining about him before, I think Juan Martinez gave ALV something TO CRY ABOUT that day, as my Gram would say.
Even to this day ALV has no shame.



#JodiArias expert #AlyceLaViolette lied to court to withdraw from case, in my opinion. Here is why.
Many things in the #JodiArias trial frustrate beyond measure, but one in particular I find outrageous.

Kirk Nurmi and Jen Willmot are perpetuating falsehoods to the court.

In the court minutes in February, 2014 we learn several things
1) Jodi Arias' defense asked for an was granted much of what would be filed in case to be sealed
2) A un-named expert asked for a subpoena to be squashed
3) A un-named expert for Jodi Arias asked to withdraw from the case



The premise is ALV has been threatened and remains in fear for her life, literally, and she simply cannot emotionally, physically endure any more public ties to the #JodiArias case. Therefore, she cannot testify again.

The trouble is.........she is out giving public speeches, and interviews ABOUT THE JODI ARIAS CASE. In them she makes overt claims of prosecutor misconduct, and that is me being overly generous in my characterization of what she opines.

JA and her defenses attorney's have fought hard against the media with every motion and appeal they could think of.

BUT in October, before the retrial started JA sent/ordered/DEMANDED that Dorian Bond (her PI she hired) go on national TV and talk about him ONLY working on Jodi's "Appeals" and her total disdain for Nurmi. And was sure and throw in her REMOSE??? She made sure he got that out there for any of the "potential jurors" who may have been watching.
Double standard? She used DB to get this out to the media. Always conniving!!

Also, why wasn't Bond given a gag order?

I think it would be an immensely powerful rebuttal if Juan quoted lines from her testimony and rebutted each one with a clip of what she's said before. The contrast would be sharp and undeniable - in her own words.

And there's SO MUCH he can choose from - the interrogation interviews, TV interviews, and of course, her 18 days on the stand. To make it even more fun, he could rebut each line with multiple clips, showing how she changes her story to suit. Plus, just seeing how easily and cheerfully she lies utterly destroys any idea that Arias feels remorse. It makes it completely plain how cold-blooded she is.

Yes they did, during Juan's presentation. I remember Jen remarking that there was a juror who appeared to make a check every time Jodi told a lie in her interrogation.

I disagree. When Flores asked what kind of injuries Jodi sustained during her harrowing run-in with the ninjas, she pointed out only one, some serious damage to her left ring finger. She laid it out and showed a fresh, healing purple cut, said it seriously hurt for a long time and that it's been messed up ever since. The way it hangs and will not straighten is a tell-tale sign of a tendon injury or tear. She said she got it when the female ninja slashed at her.

Imo, she got this injury while killing Travis. The knife slipped and sliced her finger, severing the tendon. She never got treatment for it and it is permanently damaged. Flores even tells her that's what it looks like.

Well if TS fixed it and then JA sent another "dire" message on May 26th, which TA had apparently read and was responding to, perhaps she re-installed it. I'm no hacker so I don't know how you go about doing this kind of stuff. :/
