Has it occurred to anyone that JSS might be personally anti death penalty? She just seems to be making these decisions almost personally. Like, holding off on releasing these transcripts as if anticipating and knowing Nurmi is going to pull something to prevent it. That's not a normal unemotional judicial response to a higher courts ruling. It's like she's willing to commit career suicide in order to prevent a desth sentence on her watch.
When I say Nurmi prevent it , which how can that be now that TWO higher courts have said he can't, but my fear is since she's holding off waiting for him to say, strike the testimony she's not going back on so transcripts can stay private. If she releases them like she's supposed to NOW he will be too late. That's why I say there's a personal angle here with JSS.
