Can someone explain the alleged not turning over the image from the 18th.
Is Nurmi saying that the State had the original image of the hard drive and when DT asked to look at the computer evidence, that the DT only got the real computer that they turned on and copied their own image of it?

I got confused about some image from the 18th that seemed like Nurmi was claiming the state never gave him.

I doubt it has much difference other than the virus or cleaners being run
Any sabotage once DT took it would be on them.

Seriously, search engines today compared to 2007/2008 are superior in the sense that the algorithms are calibrated to return more appropriate results.

Several years' experience has made a huge difference in fine tuning what users are likely seeking when they enter a given search term.

Couple that with historical context and apply prioritized filters based on currency of search arguments entered, etc...

Search engines of that era were much more primitive and developers (and their employers, of course) used to load up their pages with trending keywords so as to 'game' the search engines.

He actually went further than that.

In his motion he stated that the Prosecution not only knew of the 's existence, but that the State found it, deleted it and then lied about it.

I'm Latina and I use sunscreen even though I don't burn as easily. You can still burn after a few hours and it's just safer.

Still don't think you need two bottles of the stuff to drive in an air conditioned car through the desert for a couple of days. She lived in AZ and CA. Did she use suntan lotion on a daily basis? Was this a regular purchase for her? I wonder why JM didn't ask her what the suntan lotion was for? She probably would have lied but it would have been interesting. I do agree with you. Most people don't consider sunscreen for driving especially of Jodi's conplexion. But she is a vain woman and planned to maybe be in the sun for a bit, filling her gas tank and changing her murder clothes and what not. She definitely bought sunscreen for this trip IMO. I had considered it could be because she thought she could change his mind about Cancun. But she seemed so all-in with her plan to kill him that I don't know.

Remember the assurances from JSKS that the courtroom proceedings would all be video recorded, just not live-streamed?

The proceedings are all recorded and will be made available to media outlets after the jury reaches its verdict.

Well, I will guarantee you that there will be a number of missing portions of those recordings due to 'technical difficulties'.

When you live-stream, the demand is immediate. When the technology goes awry they slam on the brakes, fix it, and start 'er up again.

I don't want to speak for atthelake, but I think they were referring to the fact that he could deny a defense motion right then and there. He didn't need a week to take it under advisement. I was always impressed with his ability to do that, as well as his extensive knowledge of the law.

I was inpresssd with his quick knowledge of the law, as well. He often knew what the law said without having to look it up.

I am going to go on the record and say that IF and WHEN the transcripts are released they will show that JA testified to something far worse than just incest. She simply must outdo any other high profile defendant in the history of time. After all, she is the Queen of Pitiful victims!
