Yes, if he uses the official court video instead of the media video (or gets KN to agree to media video), and edits it to what he plans to use ahead of time so the edited portion can be marked as an exhibit to preserve the record for appeal, and gets a copy to KN in time for KN to make objections to the edits and the judge to rule on them.
It's kind of a pain, to be honest. I'd much rather use transcripts and move the testimony along, unless there's a long clip that's really relevant. Especially on cross, when you really want to make it snappy to keep the jury's attention.
