Why would anyone believe what this criminal and her sleazy lawyers say? I mean, please, if there was even a shred of such evidence they would have shouted it from the rooftops during the first trial. I bet Arias, the wannabe porn star and her pervert of a lawyer Nurmi have watched more porn than Travis ever did.

I feel so sorry for the Alexanders. My step daughter (I called her my heart daughter) was murdered 10 years ago this month. It was torture to wait for 2 1/2 years for the monster to go to trial. I can't imagine 6 1/2 years. I don't believe JA's "expert" - what like the rest of her hired crowd? How much integrity did they have... pfft.

Found on twitter and confirmed on court website - MDLR is suing Jason Weber for harassment. He's the guy that runs the Justice4Jodi website/collecting money that JA was complaining about in that phone call. The letter not confirmed by me, but could be MDLR's basis for the suit.

I went back to see what I could find about TA's computer.

"Mesa investigators are expected to testify that they found no evidence of child pornography on Alexander's computers or in his home.

"Computer forensic evidence is better than DNA. It doesn't lie. There was absolutely nothing on Travis Alexander's computer to show he ever had anything to do with child pornography," Phoenix attorney Jason Lamm told 3TV. Lamm is providing trial analysis for HLN.

Okay, so it was said at the time there was no CHILD porn found. Not necessarily that no porn of any kind was found? If there was evidence of ANY kind of porn, I still don't think Flores would have erased it.

Re: Erasure of thousand of files. This would not need to be a lengthy process. Files do not need to be deleted one at a time. An entire folder containing hundred or thousand of files - whatever is in that folder - can be deleted at one time.

But it is difficult to delete existing files by accident. Because you are always asked "Are you sure?"

Just rewatched JM cross the DT's computer expert. JM asked him directly...did you find any (porn). He replied, after trying to dodge and duck and evade....no, I did not.

He seemed to be trying to say that the DT never asked him to look for it.

I had been considering writing somewhere on a sidebar, as the 10th anniversary approaches, and the DP seems to be soon (he is at the last of appeals, and it is in Texas...) I just hope that soon, this will be done for the family. The waiting is worse than water boarding, and these DT tactics are beyond belief.

Whoa, I have to admit that this news about potentially deleted files immediately made me feel extremely panicky. Like most are saying though, it completely defies logic for Flores to do that so I will wait and see if their claims hold any water before I spontaneously combust!

If iirc from the Mark Hacking case, to LDS murder is an unpardonable sin, because there's no remedy for it. Flores destroying evidence that might help the state "murder" JA would have eternal consequences for him. It didn't happen.

Maybe murderer can repent? Juliette Hulme/Anne Perry (author) is a murderess and the LDS church baptized her. They would not have baptized her if she had not repented. Loopholes, I guess.

If this evidence was so clearly prosecutorial misconduct why would he be asking for an alternative to just dismiss the intent to seek the DP? That would still land her LWOP. LWOP in a case of clear prosecutorial misconduct? Doesn't make sense. I suspect the evidence isn't as strong as they want it to seem.

There's no reason for Mesa PD to have deleted porn off Travis's computer, child porn or not. Travis was not on trial and he wasn't tried for it. Even if it were actually there, which I doubt unless Jodi managed to plant it, it's still no defense for savagely murdering him. We don't do Blood Atonement or vigilante justice- even for Jerry Sandusky, a true serial pedophile. It's all a Defense Team crock.:croc:

Yes, it was porn of any kind, child or otherwise. Said several times during testimony and in Juan's closing arguments.

Again, you can't just delete files and click "yes, I'm sure." It would still be there. You have to overwrite the files with junk to make them not findable and if that were the case this expert would not have found them. No one would. They'd be gone.
