From page 2 of KN's appeal: "The court further articulated the reasons why the defendant’s compelling interest warranted a slight reduction in the rights of the public to access the proceeding for the duration of this witness’ testimony."
I wonder whether one of the justices will ask him if he is asking that the broadcast be held during testimony and then released as soon as the person steps off the stand. You know darn good and well that is not what he has in mind at all. As far as I'm concerned, his sentence above is pretty much a lie and I hope they call him on it.
