How do they know what questions come from who? Do they compare their hand writing to something they have written? Certainly they are not mind readers like Dr F.

I'm thinking the parties only see them in typed format. I'm thinking this suggestion from the juror that someone would be analyzing her every word and then eliminating her on that basis is very self-involved. I have noticed that she has a very high opinion of herself and how much she might stand out from her peers. This is either poor form or narcicissism (not meant in the Dr. "Data Point" DeMarte technical sense).

He later posted on the net that JA investigator ask him to lie, this was back a few yrs and Mr M told him if he came to court he would be charged with something since he testified in a hearing and lied.

JSS has already ruled that they can't be admitted since there is no hard copy of them,

they were anonymously e-mailed to Nurmi and without the original pages they can't be examined for forgery, etc., I believe that was the basis for her ruling, and I don't see how Nurmi can overcome that.
Unless the originals surface, but then the person holding them would have a lot of questions to answer. lol

You may be right that they withdrew trying to admit them, but I think the argument was with no originals they couldn't be vetted. I have to run some errands now but when I get back I'll see what I can find about them.

There was this response from Chris Hughes after he & Sky testified during the Gus Searcy stage. Chris was scathing about Nurmis lies to Sky about the letters.

I hate to ask and I do look all acronyms that I do not know but this one has me stumped. Who is SW??? I guess I will be embarrassed when I learn, huh? This Juror #3 situation still quite strange...this story. I have been reading on some other web sites in my search for identity of SW and some 'stories' are getting weird. Such as DT set her up, why would 8 yrs go by without any follow up, really how do 'they' find out who is writing these so called anonymous juror questions (or am I being that naive?). I still "stand by" my prior versed own opinion that Juror #3 should have been up front with this arrest on Nov 28 2014 on the first day she was interviewed.

Honestly, you do not want to sleuth Sandra Webber. She's a vile woman who blogs and tweets, taking great pleasure in innuendo and publishing people's private information. She clearly suffers from some kind of personality disorder.

She is not welcome in any of the closed Arias support groups because she cannot be trusted with information or not to attack people. She's even been cruel with Aunt Sue. Yet for some reason, MDLR follows her on Twitter and will send private Direct Messages to Webber, many of which have been captured by screen shot and then tweeted.

I'm not sure how many people here are aware of it yet, but last week Arias wrote a three page letter to her supporters and it was leaked last night on the Travesties FB page. This letter clearly shows how much control CMJA has over her social media presence and her awareness of who the players are and what is being said. In spite of being locked up for 23 hours a day, with limited visitation, CMJA does wield considerable power and control when it comes to supporters and social media presence. She can only do this with a very organized system of communication and individuals who are willing to do her bidding.

I know that the Hughes have gotten a lot of heat for their emails to Travis but Chris Hughes did a good job on the stand while being questioned by Nurmi. I love how Chris looked over at Arias and said "that was her reconstructing a story." and "I know the letters are fake just like you know the letters are fake." And that pretty much sums the whole pedophilia accusation... everyone including the defense and the Judge knows that they are all LIES.

The judge never got a chance to rule. Jodi was pro per but gave up in the middle of the hearing regarding the letters, and the first thing her lawyers did was to withdraw the request to admit the letters as evidence. The rules are much more lax for the penalty phase, though. IMO copies could be admitted in the penalty phase if there were witnesses to explain how Jodi came to be in possession of those letters--basically "chain of custody" testimony starting with Travis....

I think this is going to get far uglier than its been so far. Nurmi wants those letters in. I'm wondering now if CMJA's time on the stand was setting the table for a verification witness to testify. Which also might help explain (not justify) why JSS agreed to secrecy at that witness' request.

If I am reading it correctly, she had a prior misdemeanor that she disclosed to the court and this new arrest is the one for the bad check, on a joint account, with her ex. Didn't she have a BF who was a defense attorney. I guess he can help her out now. There is NO way the prosecution knew of this bad check and pending charges when they agreed to have her on the jury. It's making sense now.

IIRC, it's clear from her quotes under her mug photo that she did something wrong herself, since she says something to the effect of "nobody's perfect." So there's evidently an issue for which she is culpable. IMHO she should get over herself: she has a large sense of self-importance.

The ENQUIRER learned that Jodi Arias tried to enter the letters as evidence in 2010, but a judge deemed them “inadmissible” after they were analyzed by a handwriting expert.

“These letters are quite literally the only card Jodi has left to play,” noted the source. “Getting them out to the public is her strategy to be acquitted of murder and escape the death penalty.

“That’s how desperate and evil she is. She’s manipulating her own mother from behind bars.”

In the BBM, if this is what the letter flap is all about, they are no where near what I would have imagined.

Others may disagree with me, but I don't see child in them.

He admits to hitting her in the face once, which I wouldn't put up with, but isn't enough to kill someone over.

I :thinking: more likely that she is losing money on this, and she is invested in it seeing it to the end as we are. As she said in her last video, and I laughed, was that she was in it for the long haul even though she has thoughts of flying home at Christmas and not coming back.

This entire defense strategy of slandering Travis, unfairly and obviously imo, so plainly contradicts her claim of remorse that I don't see how the defense expects that contradiction to count in her favor with the jury.

I suspect that she is going to testify to being a victim of a pedophile as a child. An adult male family member or family friend (possibly deceased so they will not have to get up and lie. Unless her Dad is prepared to lie for her). So the mitigating factor will be that when she felt in fear for her life after the dropped camera incident and the lunge (which is also a lie), it brought all these feelings to the surface that she had been suppressing. So it's kind of a "two for". She tries for sympathy as a victim of childhood abuse, adult abuse and just overall abuse from every which way and she gets the jury to dislike the victim for being an abuser, of women and children (plus disparaging him once again because she can never get enough of that it seems).

Of course that doesn't explain why she went to her "abuser" with a rental car, stolen gun, knife, gas cans to hide her visit to the state, dyed hair, missing or altered license plates etc. But she's hoping just one person on that jury sees this situation as the foreman did last time and disregards this premeditation in the sentencing phase.

Disgusting plan if that's what she's aiming for. How about just admitting that you've got a previously undiagnosed personality disorder and you are so very remorseful about what you have done as a result of it? And then all the things you plan to do in prison to rehabilitate yourself and others? Ironically, it seems her personality disorder won't allow her to do that.

Thanks, just goes to show my memory is incorrect as I would have sworn that I saw a minute entry or such when it first went to the COA that the transcript for that day when jodi was on the was ordered at that time to send to the COA.

The more I think about it, the more it hits me what might be going on with JSS. Its possible her concern is having the guilt verdict overturned because of the pedo- tangle.

JM and Flores are clean, but that isn't the point of the computer accusations. Both CMJA 's turns at pro were about getting pedo evidence in.

She failed at getting the letters admitted, but is closer to getting the faux sites admitted, in the hope they buttress her claims about catching TA with child , which will no doubt morph into printouts from the computer , which leads back to the confessional letters. Which weren't admitted. Would they have made a difference? IMO there's room to think so.

Whenever I see a Cialis commercial I immediately get confused with Cicadis (locusts) and have flashbacks of the day I was riding my motorcycle dirt bike and a locust landed on my arm. I freaked out and in the process of trying to knock off the locust I wrecked my motorcycle and did a few tumbles into the brush. It was a wild ride/accident and my mind somehow immediately transfers Cialis to Cicadis whenever I see those commercials. LOL
