Skimming BK and will not quote her here. I will say that Nurmi mentioned child being on the computer any number of times.

Left over from my last rant is the fact that Nurmi tossed in PROSECUTION leaks about juror 3 (my left foot) and that somehow Nancy Grace and the breast implants have any place in a motion for prosecutorial misconduct! :thinking:

Are you kidding? She will take it under advisement and YES if Nurmi loses he will TRY to appeal it but I don't think they will hear it this time.

I think she will take it under advisement based on her history. Unless she has it written out already in front of her lol.

No, I don't think he would take a special action on this. Presumably he knows that even if he had actual evidence the Ct App would want him to wait and do a proper motion for new trial after the conviction.
