Nurmi never disappoints. He always OVERSHOOTS! Not content by blaming JM for what happened in 2009 let's blame him for some other BS too. He always does this! He would have stronger arguments if he focused on the actual issue and didn't bring up silly things like this.

Since Nurmi is waiting for written opinion from the COA on if their order included all witnesses or just JA, why wouldn't the COA hurry up and release that opinion so we can move forward?

He's right. They were gleeful. They truly were. Especially Wilmott. They really dislike JM. It's jealousy! (I'm not imagining things. They hate that he's such a better lawyer and was praised in the first trial).

And that Juan showed them up, made them look like fools, that they LOST, and that they WILL be scrutinised for years. Ha! That is one giant GRUDGE.

Because they are not going to be pushed around. Nurmi is free to appeal without waiting for the opinion, and in fact his time is running to do so.

It should have read:

Edit: her new tag is Cougarluscious and apparently she was JA's lawyer early in this trial, nothing to do with the mitigation specialist, though imo it had made my headline sound more interesting...
