Porn =/ Child porn

So even if there is porn on TA's computer and even if TA actually downloaded it himself, which has not been shown, let alone proven, it still isn't CHILD porn unless or until someone sees it, verifies it and determines that yes, it does exist and yes, it is child porn and yes, it was downloaded on Such&SuchADate when TA was alive and JA was not on his computer nor was anyone else (which they probably can't prove anyway). They have yet to tie TA to anything the defense alleges, but they're sure spending a lot of time trying to confuse the judge and everyone else.

And it's the "child" porn issue the defense is pushing, which does not appear to exist at all, in any form, connected with TA.

That is the salient issue which keeps getting subverted into other things.

Exactly. And I blame the DT. They should have focused on the porn without any misconduct talk. I'm guessing the misconduct motion was plan B incase no child porn was found.

I forgot to add: and none of this, be it "porn" or alleged "child porn" (none of which have been found, btw) provide mitigating factors to the jury into why this defendant, who was determined by a jury to be guilty of 1st degree murder and was found that the crime was especially cruel or heinous, should have her life spared." It doesn't give them a reason to save the murderess' life because they still cannot connect anything TA allegedly did with any evidence, nor with anything JA did or saw, which has no proof other than the words of a known liar.
