You have read my mind. She is so darned conniving that you just know she planned these so called "journals" in advance for public consumption.


And you are so spot on about the fact that had these been "true" journals, they would have had more pertinent entries. In CMJA's strange working mind, she said more with what she didn't write than she did with what she chose to write down. I'm sure JM has made lots of good notes.

I have kept journals for years, and I have always found them to be very therapeutic. I wrote about things that happened that day at work, my drive home and things that happened after I got home, and things that made me happy. There were times I even wrote down if someone pi$$ed me off. Just normal things we all go through in the course of a day.

JA did not journal. She wrote made up "stories." Almost each and every day it was always about Travis. How much happier they were apart, how she was happy that had found Mimi to possibly marry? And that Mimi just needs time to come around, and so on and so on. :crazy: Nobody writes down things like that! If someone had broken up with me, I surely wouldn't be writing that I was happy he was dating someone else! She is honestly an evil scary psychopath.

Were Arias and Travis ever official? I doubt it. She herself tells Abe in an email (February 18, 2007) that she is NOT in a committed relationship with Travis and that she is not Travis' girlfriend.


This was the email Jodi allegedly received from her stalker.... "Jodi you are so amazing and you are so beautiful. And you are such an incredible artist and you are so talented. What a wonderful photographer you are and I've been watching you. And I've been following you. And, Travis doesn't deserve you. Travis is an idiot. Travis doesn't know how wonderful you are. Travis takes you for granted and Travis can't protect you all the way over there in Arizona. I've been watching you and Travis can't protect you. And, I will have you. You will be mine and there's nothing Travis can do about it. Because he's all the way in Arizona." (dated 4/07-5/07)

Travis' tires were slashed on 12-05-2007. And according to this website "Jodi calls Travis. Travis tells Jodi about the tires. JA offers to take TA to the mechanic and does. She follows him onto the freeway after the repair. Travis gets off at the exit to go to Lisa. JA calls him to tell him he got off at the wrong exit. Woke up, called TA about a painting I’m going to make for his grandmother for Christmas. I feel really low again. He thinks I should be medicated…I’m also a bit stubborn, holding onto he belief system that engineered drugs are no bueno..”

“Uneventful for the most part. Worked at Mimi’s. … He asked me to marry him. I told him he was crazy but he’s tempting when he puts his hands on me. I do love him but I’m not in love with him anymore…” I know he’s desperate to find someone to marry him but there are countless reasons why he is not married… I don’t want to hurt his feelings. I just keep praising him…He’ll find the right person."

4-18-2008 Text message from Travis..."Sounds like a clever story for not doing it. Kinda funny everything went fine with 500 pics but mine and it all just goes to he$$. Very fishy. Just forget it. I know the way you operate."

IMO these are phony texts from Jodi to Jodi. She absolutely did get her dates mixed up, as we all have seen the police call report from the on Feb. 2......Also the little "noteworthy" sentence jumped out at me almost as much as Travis asking her to marry him. And I guess since TA had a stalker > (JODI) she decided to have one too. All that crap about Travis doesn't deserve you, your beautiful and and you are such an incredible artist and you are so talented. What a wonderful photographer you are...straight from JA's mouth. She made sure to get her hair dyed in March as well . She is certifiable CRAZY and she should never ever be released to kill again.

Dr. Jill Hayes. She was the last witness in the guilt phase in the sur rebuttal after Dr. Horn. Long blonde hair. and impeccable credentials. She laid it out plain and simple. I'll always remember (and laugh) when Nurim said the defense rests and no one was really listening to him. I can't remember if it was in the first part or the sur- rebuttal.

If IRCC Geffner also testified that Dr. Horn was wrong in his autopsy report about the bullet track. That it had to come first and how that would of affected the brain?

Willmott is asking Hayes why DeMarte gave Arias a reading comprehensive test to Arias. Hayes said the test takes five minutes to administer, and if DeMarte had not given the test to Arias she would have been criticized about it.

Dr. Hayes says Jodi has an reading level at twelfth grade.

Was any stun gun found in any of her things? Not at her grandparents house, not in her storage place. Not in the boxes of books and knives in the car she was leaving in to take a trip with six men she didn't know. Wouldn't a stun gun deter someone that wanted to attack you when you're out panning for gold? Instead of shooting to kill again?. It could be buried with the gun and knife in the desert. But from her written word we know she had one in February 2008.

Not that I believe it, just 'cause Jodi sez so...but WHY would she include a stun gun in her diary entry?

Gotta be contrived. She couldn't go three minutes on the stand without mentioning what she ate, drank, who called, who she met, what time it was, or what she was wearing....BUT....NONE of that made the cut for her Made for Alexander's Eyes Only Diary. Nada!

I own a similar model, and it would be possible but difficult. Travis probably could have smacked the weapon out of her hand easily. JMO

Maybe that's where she got the idea of the 'pedo pamplets'. We do know she stopped at a CVS on her way through southern California (but no clue what she bought as that part of the receipt wasn't shown), I tend to doubt she was the one who threw this bag away but it wouldn't surprise me if she looked through his trash.

So, how was she stranded for several hours when she had gas cans in her own trunk?

I think that was before they found out about the gas cans. But my main question would of been where did you get the gas to get out of being stranded. He's wanting her to make an account of the missing time, and she goes into her rambling ( yep I can see Travis telling her to get to the point.) about Travis and her going to a PPL event in Oklahoma City (the gun to his head and Jodi laying on his lap) and Travis sleeping and her taking over and went in the wrong direction for who knows how long before she woke him. Flores wanted to pin her down in the story of the route she took to Utah and going over the Hoover Dam.

He is also the one that "saw" all these terrible bruises all over her body. He has posted online about seeing them but......where is he if he did? Not standing up for his friend.

I can't remember what color her hair was when she met Ryan Burns at a PPL meeting in March 2008? But I think it was blonde and he was surprised she showed up in Utah a brunette.

The pamphlets yes, the accusation/threat no. They spent a lot of time on phone calls plus those 82,000 emails/msg's so at the end there when she was still trying to secure her Cancun tickets and the "free" car I wouldn't put it past her to use anything she could possibly think of to blackmail him and when none of that worked(do we know for a fact that the long email we were subjected to was the only one she had sent and was that the "dire" one that TA was responding to in anger?) she freaked out and had to get to Mesa asap before TA followed through on exposing her and ruining her chances of getting "just one" husband.

In the phone call transcript (with Det. Flores) she keeps saying she spent the last week she was in Mesa at Travis' house - I thought her Mom came down for a few days to help her move back? Did her Mom stay in a motel alone? I notice she hasn't mentioned anything about her Mom being there, did she really stay at Travis' at all before she moved up to Yreka? Were there texts between them from this time frame to conclude one way or the other?

For those of you with time to spare, go watch jodi videos on you tube. David Lohr videos are great, all testimony, no sidebars. I re-watched all of her cross with Juan just before retrial started. A great way to pass some time and watch her think she's so bloody smart.

JA: We spent the day in Scottsdale and when we were done, umm…we drove to his house, but Deanna was there waiting for him for some reason, to visit or something, and he was so scared that she would see him in my car that I practically had to keep the car rolling and kick him as I drove by his house, and he’s like, “Don’t even put it in park. What does Jodi have in her journal for August 18,2007? That was the month she moved to Mesa. That was the month she said she started writing in those three journals. August up until two or three days ago....

OK. I was having trouble trying to post an "attachment" over on the Transcript thread so I lost all my "highlighting" and nicely color coded JA vs DF vs JM, etc. for easy readability. So yer stuck with just plain old black font. Since I lost the highlighting, I had to go use red font for the "unintelligible" portions.

Thanks very much, I was really disappointed to find I could no longer hear the voices on some of those videos(interrogation 5 where she said the "still hate me, brat?!" in particular), it's like someone hacked them and replaced the voices with music.
