Apparently the DT did request the 2008 image, because Wilmot just complained they hadn't received it yet, and JSS just forcefully ordered JM to turn it over immediately.

Eyeroll. Wilmot seems so childish to me. What does she want with the state's 2008 image? Unlike BN's 2009 image, the 2008 copy that they have is actually exactly like what the state has. She just wants to be a pain in the butt. IMO.

Add'l from BK, JW tried to say the copy they don't want to turn over is work product, and JSS countered that with "that's not what BN said before". She wants a transcript of JM's interview of BN - maybe b/c JW is saying he didn't refuse to turn it over?

I just don't understand why Willmott continues to say Juan already has what he wants and they will give him the copy of the 2008 image they made. That's not what he's asking for and she knows it. They made a new copy. That's what he wants. Are they high?

Is he going to discuss JA's abuse as a child or is he going to twist TA's upbringing to child abuse and therefore HE was the one who was prone to DV?

Or has JA testified already that she was emotionally, physically and sexually abused as a child so therefore she had the PTSD from her interactions with TA?

Where is the mitigating factor in either of those scenarios with a person who has been convicted of first degree premeditated murder with aggravating factors? :waitasec:

Well now that the state's witness admitted there was in the registry and at least one looked up site, perhaps they are excited about that? They thought they could pass off the sites that were hit after the computer was turned on in 2009 but didn't know there were some there in 2008? Is that the copy the state's witness testified to?

When did they first request the 2008 image?

BN never had the 2008 image. He must have had the 2009 image to begin with, but no guesses what is the "original" HD he used that he won't turn over.

I had wondered if Wilmott was asking for a copy of Juan's copy because she wants to prove (good luck with that) that he already has what he keeps asking for. She seems to keep belaboring that point.

It appears to me that JA's secret testimony included claims of child abuse, and God knows what else; so, if she has in fact made these allegations can Juan play the Troy Hayden interview in which she states that (paraphrased) when it comes to mitigating factors it is a joke among her and the DT that she wasn't abused enough? TIA
