JW as expert panelist on "high profile" family violence? LOL. I'll bet this conference was put on by the Geffner crowd, including ALV and Dr. F, or some organization they've created. Or maybe the "symposium" is a chat session designed to plump up all of their CV's, no professionalism required? Bogus!

Surely the jury can see through this garbage. Even if the killer was truly abused by Travis (which all know is not true), she was away from him and safe. Why brutally murder him? Why not say good riddance and move forward.
I don't think I can take this hired so called expert Dr. Today. Why are all these expert Doctors from CA?

This is why I want so badly for the State to present it's own DV expert. It isn't enough to say 'Why'd she go back?' because so, so many victims do - for all sorts of very valid and legit reasons in very real abusive relationships. Anyone can claim abuse and the fact is Travis DID verbally abuse her. Warranted - without a shadow of a doubt. But, in every abusive relationship there is always, always a pattern to the abuse.

And so too is that true here. It's exactly that pattern that differentiates abuse which many of us could be guilty of (like name calling when angry) from an abusive relationship. They're apples to oranges. Jodi not letting the relationship go, her stalking him, manipulating him, coercing others away from him - everything - is so stereotypically consistent with an abusive relationship it's maddening. I really want it put into perspective.

I want the State to prove Jodi started this all as an abuser herself.

Apparently, they don't read up though. The law clerks look for errors only, according to an answer I received from AZL. Not that I don't wish they would go through the whole trial transcript!

They do go through the entire transcript if it's a death penalty case--looking for error.

The tweeters capture so little. Per BK, JSS ordered JM to turn over 2008 image HD to DT like NOW. JM asked for sanctions- preclusion of witness - because Geffner's notes turned over so late.

DT will be calling BN to testify. (Newsflash... the is coming in).

So JSS is all medieval on JM about turning HDD over to DT, but JM can't get what he's been asking for?

So the defense is using this witness to state that Demarte didn't perform the test correctly? Or that she didn't understand the results of the test? And why didn't this witness give JA the test again so that the two could be compared?

Don't you think Jodi's "issues" in 2008 might have changed some since she has been incarcerated for six and one-half years? If she has PTSD, it wasn't caused by Travis or even her parents. It was caused by her especially cruel murder of TA, especially when she found that police had proof that she was the murderer. She showed last year that she didn't suffer in silence. She was the aggressor, even in her comments on Twitter last year about Juan, Nancy Grace, etc. She slaughtered Travis in 2008. Since the beginning of 2013, she has continued stabbing him and his family by all of these false accusations. She has no soul!
