Anyone have any guesses as to who the "friend of Travis'" was that Geffner (or one of his people) interviewed? I have two people in mind, siblings with the last initial of F.

I'll bet your right about it being Dan Freeman. However he changed mind when Jodi changed her story from the Ninja's ut em up:

He was on the mitigating witness list, but emailed the Defense back saying he was fine with the DP for little Missy

Thanks for the kinda words Frigga. I needed those today. Myself, I'm looking forward to 2.5 weeks of not having to deal with the defense team and their BS. I'm just worried the jury is barely hanging on, we can't afford to lose anymore. But my confidence in Juan has never waivered. I know he's got this. And no matter what, I feel like this jury (provided we can get to the end) has this too. And you're right, Travis and his family need us, so I'm not going anywhere.

Thanks for the post, I needed a kick in the pants.
