I'm guessing at this but I think Geffner can't talk about the porn until it is established that there was porn on his computer and that is why there is a delay in finishing up his testimony. jmo

Even if there was porn on his computer, there's no proof it was put there by Travis. Even if they had indisputable proof that Travis uploaded porn, so what. It's not illegal and has no bearing on this case. I cannot understand how JSS can allow this to be brought into this trial.

The one I'm thinking of only recently joined and I don't think would qualify as an "agent." They don't call all the employees agents, do they? I don't really know.

They pretty much do just that.

They're mostly "special agents".

There are interns and staff positions, of course.

But those folks wouldn't be testifying at trial, generally.

I am concerned that the judge may be using her personal feelings toward Ms Arias to rule favorable for Ms Arias's defense motions. Her rulings seem to have no real merit and she seems to be allowing the defense motions to justify her inability to control the courtroom and her lack of desire to rule objectively. I wonder if she should have stepped back early on and allowed for a new judge to take over/start over.

How does a jury not notice she is not allowing for the State to question the people put on by the defense. I see a jury wondering if the judge is favoring the defense and voting accordingly, under the assumption that if the judge is anti-state so should the jury vote.

Yes. But if this whole retrial phase hadn't been run like it was written by a novelist with not much understanding of the legal process, I doubt I would have seriously considered the possibility.

Well let me add a little more to the confusion. BK is reporting that JM is arguing against allowing this witness, presumably Sue, to testify. JM says the issue at hand is NOT the porn, it is about misconduct allegations--thus Sue has nothing to offer.
