I'm sure to quite sure they can debunk the allegations of Travis viewing porn night and day. There must be computer stamped dates on the apparently viewed porn where Travis was clearly not home.

This is such a red herring.

Without a witness you can never prove beyond a reasonable doubt who accessed the device.

No surprise here: Jury is being brought in as JM loses his bid to keep witness from testifying and Sue (BK refers to as John Smith) will be allowed to testify--JS refers to himself as a "data scientist".

I'd be shocked if this youngish jury buys Nurmi's "Mr. Hyde" schtick.

Would anyone be surprised if it were true? Look at the pictures they took. In the confines of the home, who really cares. Her testimony has already been proven false about him viewing child porn on his computer. She was caught in lies at least twice about it.

To date their is no proof. She can't prove it with testimony, again, because her prior testimony could be used against her. jmo
