I'm saddened to say (and sorry if this offends anyone) I can only conclude based on the continued refusal of the Judge to honor the processes set forth in our court system after no less than 2 higher courts have "spoken", that the handling of the secret testimony issue from beginning to end has been disingenuous and bias. I think I have been more than fair to this point, but there are simply no more excuses left in my arsenal to defend this Judge's actions.
