But the jury never heard Neumiester (sp?) testimony - isn't this the first of comp the jury is hearing?

They (the jury) are not getting a complete picture of this whole comp issue - or the attack of the misconduct issue either.

How is this helping or hindering either side - to me, it's just not worth it and a waste of time.

Irony is, this dude should have allowed himself to be seen. Seems to have a certain agenda, but going to collapse with Juan.

I said that when I guessed she was the secret witness. She didn't want them in the courtroom to hear her lies about them, that's why she got the courtroom closed. She was pissed when the media was let back in.

I agree that those comments are beyond reasonable criticism. I am not a JSS "basher" but I have come to accept that she has lost her judicial mind on several issues and has little to no control over her courtroom.

Have you seen the comments here as to how she is "in bed" with Jodi and her defense team??? To me, that's beyond criticism of her decisions and the timing of the trial.

She defied the Constitution and allowed JA to testify in secret, then defied the COA when they rebuked her decision, and still to this day has done so. Then she allowed this 'expert' to testify under a fake name, about something that the state has made a motion against, which she has not yet ruled on. And she allowed this anonymous 'expert' to leak it all to the baffled. jury. They heard about prosecutorial misconduct sand possible child , and then she says DISREGARD what you all heard?

and yet none of her witnesses have really backed up childhood sexual abuse. If one or more are yet to testify on that, why has Nurmi switched to ?

JA couldn't care less about her family. She's upset because she didn't get her way. She does not want to ruffle any family feathers as she is not done using them for her own selfish needs. Travis was right. She only cries for herself.

You are probably right and as an abuse survivor it will make just ask sick as it did when Casey Anthony did it. My childhood does not define who I am as an adult. It effects me, but it does not define me. It makes me sick to see these women LIE about it as a way to excuse their behavior. :gaah:
